Things that keep people in their homes, like refrigerants, air conditioning, wireless power centers, and information technology.<br><br>Give the Iraqis bittorrent and free Direct TV and they will give you the world. I knew right when Madonna said the Bush years were the worst years that W. was somehow vindicated.<br><br>Pressure the Iraqi economy. Make it boom and have it overtake a major Western country, France or Germany for instance. Build a University of Baghdad, and make it like the MIT of Rhodes Scholarships. England owes it to them for assassinating Mossadegh, god damnit!
