These people are entrenched in Germany. I lived in a little country burg outside of Bremen. We had a one lane bridge to get in and out of the town. This sleepy little town was, at least, 10 percent Islamic and growing. I gave birth to my son in Bremen. The obgyn was housed in the same building as the pediatrician. In the nine months I went to my appointments, I saw one other non-Islamic woman in either office.

Good luck Germany, You are going to need it.
