		<description>I really think congress should pass this bill and make themselves the only ones under bill for five six years.  That way they can test the waters, and if they do not like it, repeal the bill and just leave the rest of us alone.</description>

		<description>If anyone had any sense, they wouldn&#039;t obey this law.  And as for paying the fine, they&#039;d say no.  Honestly, there is no way that the government can jail every citizen in America that refuses to pay this fine.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Instead of foisting this crap on us, why don&#039;t they address the real reason Medicine is so expensive?  Why don&#039;t they legislate some tort reform, and make suing good doctors a lot harder, and why don&#039;t they pass a law that makes it possible for insurance to be sold across state lines?</description>
