You do it behind closed doors and employ sneeky tactics because after all the people dont really know whats good for them. The Democrats for years have proclaimed themselves to be the friends of the old and disabled, but are not quite willing to discard them in order to pass such a bill. It is already hard enough to find practitioner to take straight Medicare. Medicare Advantage opened so many doors shut to those with striaght Medicare, and now this very decent program will be destroyed. This is a very scary time.
