November 05, 2009 “Raw Story” — November 04, 2009 — The CIA relied on intelligence based on torture in prisons in Uzbekistan, a place where widespread torture practices include raping suspects with broken bottles and boiling them alive, says a former British ambassador to the central Asian country.

Craig Murray, the rector of the University of Dundee in Scotland and until 2004 the UK's ambassador to Uzbekistan, said the CIA not only relied on confessions gleaned through extreme torture, it sent terror war suspects to Uzbekistan as part of its extraordinary rendition program.

“I'm talking of people being raped with broken bottles,” he said at a lecture late last month that was re-broadcast by the Real News Network. “I'm talking of people having their children tortured in front of them until they sign a confession. I'm talking of people being boiled alive. And the intelligence from these torture sessions was being received by the CIA, and was being passed on.”

Also, Di Mr. Anderson also notice how divine Mr. Obama's calling is that he knows more about our troops in Afgahnistan than generals who struggle there?
Did Mr. Anderson notice the incredibly deep knowledge Mr. Obama has in the field of medicine?
Did Leith notice it's good to reject Israel because the sweet and innocent Palestinians do not want a wall built, while they agree with a wall being built along the Mexican boder?
Does he agree with the friends of Mr. Messiah Obama such as Rashid Khalidi and Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinjad and William Ayers and the Chicago mob? Did Leith notice how slowly but very syrely Mr. Obama has given month after month extensions to allow Iran to eventually finish its nuclear buildup?

Who are these goofballs trying to kid, Reagan wanted to make nuclear weapons obsolete with SDI, what's missing from hussein's unilateral disarmament? SDI. You'll never hear any of these goofball's mention “Trust but verify,” another Reagan lynchpin either.

I wonder, is Lyon actually pro-life, or does she just mention that only in conjunction with unilateral disarmament? How are these fools going to enforce any ban on nuclear weapons when they won't even take action to prevent proliferation?
