Claiming “Islam” means “peace” is fraudulent to begin with. Islam is an Arabic word. And the word for peace in Arabic is “solh,” and not Islam. Islam is derived from the root word “taslim,” which means submission or surrender. Hence, Islam’s true name, surrender, is in fact most descriptive of what it is: total, unconditional submission and surrender of the individual and the community to the will and dictates of Allah as revealed by his “rasool,” messenger, Muhammad.

Mr. Obama manifests the willful self-delusion of many Americans about the amply documented history and theology of Islam. This astonishing refusal to confront simple reality is by no means confined to the Left but is exhibited all across the political spectrum and continuously reinforced by the media. Despite enormous indisputable historical evidence to the contrary far too many Americans are convinced that Islam is “basically a religion of peace” and thus falsely imagine that some sort of peaceful accommodation and co-existence is possible between Western and Islamic values. Every fresh Islamic atrocity is another fire bell ringing in the night trying to awaken sleeping Americans and Westerners to what is actually going on, instead of what they are dreaming and would like to be happening. The propaganda barrage and smokescreen aimed at confusing Americans and concealing the true history, tenets and aims of Islam has been only too successful. Yet anyone who cares to investigate for himself can do so at his keyboard and learn in less than a hour the actual history of the original and unending aggression of Muslims against the rest of the world since the time of the Prophet. That anyone could stand up and say with a straight face that Islam is a religion of peace is simply incomprehensible. Nothing could be further from the truth. If ever there were a militant, warlike, violent, imperialistic religion, Islam is it. This is not something to negotiate with or try to appease, not unless one has a larger strategic plan in mind. This is a case of give them an inch and they will take a mile. They have taken plenty of miles already. The internal attack on the West by using the West's own values, laws, foolish and effeminate political correctness and fantasies of “diversity” and “multiculturalism” is well underway and thus far virtually unresisted. Indeed, many if not most in the West do not seem to realize they are even under attack. Naive liberals and journalists are the usual suspects for useful idiots here as they have been and continue to be in other radically anti-Western, anti-democratic totalitarian ideologies. Enemies of the West play such types like fiddles to achieve ends wholly unrelated to the sentimental and silly fantasies of their unwitting accomplices.

Everything seems to blamed on Obama. Some expect others to bend to emotional weakening….But as we learn in the military….Leaders have to stand strong when the tragic events occur. Obama has always stood in a confident maner and partrays strong leadership in that snese.

We all feel the loss of what has happened and everyone of us is going to react differently. Some will express their imotions with tears and other will express their emotion in determination. We nee both and we need to concentrate on unity and not division.

The purpose of Islamist terrorism is to terrorize. One thing missing from the swiftly-evolving analyses in the non-democratic, non-marxist blogosphere is the historical recognition that terrorism has been the weapon of Islamist aggression from the 7th century on. It gained its footholds on Europe in the middle ages and renaissance periods precisely by military assaults so vicious and destructive as to terrorize the opposition. It was this tactic that finally convinced European powers willing to do the dirty that the only thing that would work against theses people was total annihilation of their armed forces. The fight between Islam and the west has been going on since the 7th century–only the militarily- and historically-illiterate liberals among us don't recognize that they have already become Islam's dhimmi–the democratic party is already “the party of Allah.”

Stop it already. Stop it. This is what is KILLING opposition to the left in this country.

- Obama isn't wearing "rose colored glasses." The writers are.
- He isn't interested in fighting Islamist extremism. The writers are.
- He doesn't refuse to understand anything. The writers do.
- He doesn't want to protect you. The writers only want him to.

For the one billionth time, it's time to understand FACTS and quit arguing a false paradigm of hopeless circularity. Obama HATES America as it is. He wants to see it TRANSFORMED (he told you this). He isn't interested in PROTECTING you. And you've seen plenty of evidence since January. One more time: The Left isn't interested in fixing America back to greatness as a free enterprise republic. It wants to make America like Cuba, or North Korea. That's why the Congressional Black Caucus keep coming back from it's annual trips to Havana full of praise for Castro. That's why Sean Penn hugs Chavez. That's why all of Obama's people are communists and Marxists.

If Obama is a Marxist, than the Muslims are his allies. If Obama is a Muslim, than the Marxists are his allies. If Obama is both, same answer. Question: Can you imagine that he isn't one or the other, or both?

It's time to quit pretending that you can have rational debates with the Left and their allies. Just decide now, will you resist or will you capitulate? That's all the left is interested in.
