Idiots surprised again!!! They expected HIRING NEWS in December (lots of temporary help before Christmas) - but firing exceeded hiring by 85,000!

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. employers cut 85,000 jobs in December, confounding expectations the labor market was finally stabilizing and piling pressure on President Barack Obama to spur job growth."

So, the real firing was well over HALF A MILLION, wasn't it? And unemployment, they say, is "steady".
