INTOLERANCE? Islam means peace.
MAYBE SOME MUSLIMS propagate this BAD form of ISLAM but please don't let that stand for us all.
Just today I was walking by a mosque and this lady said, "I can't believe they're here too." Why does this seem as the common American sentiment.
If your facts have no basis please don't spread them out there. The prophet Muhammad, married women for a sense of protection something women in Arabia didn't have. You pull out the AUTHENTIC history books and sources that show he wronged women in any way, shape or form. Although Islam may seem repressive to women-why the double standard-don't Nuns in Catholicism cover the same parts of their head? The burka is totally a cultural thing and no where in the Qu'ran does it say women have to cover themselves with tents. I don't condone Shariah law but atleast women in Islamic countries aren't suffering from widespread diseases like AIDS and HIV and there is a sense of order. There are no rapes because there are harsh punishments. A just god approved ISLAM in a true form-not the type we see in the media. Look into the facts with basis and truth. The killing of any innocent person is condemned by Islam and is a major sin.

Where's tolerance-moreover acceptance?
The facts in this article are simply words with no basis I have yet to see concrete proof to back these facts up.
Maybe some forms of Islam have been propagated in the fundamentalist form; but what about the MILLIONS of mainstream MUSLIMS that you don't hear about it prejudice based articles like these?
We all need to learn to respect and understand one ANOTHER FULLY.
This is America a land found on immigrants regardless of religion we are all AMERICANS and groups like ISNA and CAIR stand for the American Muslim maybe with some tweaks in them, but overall they try to fix the issues that everyday Muslims face.

took a Muslim group with known past ties to terror organizations on a VIP tour of security operations at the nation's busiest airport at the same time British authorities were working to break up a plot to blow up U.S. airlines.

On June 21, a senior DHS official from Washington personally guided Muslim officials from the Council on American-Islamic Relations on a behind-the-scenes tour of Customs screening operations at O'Hare International Airport in response to CAIR complaints that Muslim travelers were being unfairly delayed as they entered the U.S. from abroad.

CAIR is a spin-off of the Islamic Association for Palestine, identified by two former FBI counterterrorism chiefs as a "front group" for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

Cheikh, I am trying to weak up from your boring website that has twisted statistics. All this tells me is that palestine/hamas/PLO/whatever, are more willing to throw their women and children in harms way to make it look like isreal is the evil one. Instead of fighting like men, they fight like the cowards they are by conning children to strap on bombs and blow themselves up. Isreal has to defend itself from attacks, so if they put the women and children in harms way then there is not much they can do. Nice try pin head.
