Most of the news media has been slow to catch on to this hoax-in-progress.
So it’s not surprising that an ugly in-your-face protest of Bank of America in St. Louis, Mo., is not being reported as an ACORN action.
Of course it is an ACORN action. KMOX reports that Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) is behind the protest.
MORE is the latest state chapter of ACORN to rebrand itself in order to stay in the vote fraud, corporate shakedown, and economy-killing business. Its leaders include Jeff Ordower a longtime ACORN organizer.
MORE was registered as a nonprofit with the Missouri secretary of state’s office in Jefferson City on Dec. 3. MORE doesn’t appear to have a functioning Web site yet, but it does have its own Facebook page. The group registered the domain name organizemo.org on Jan. 13.
Ordower recently told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, “In the next couple weeks, there will be no ACORN in St. Louis.” He added, “It was pretty clear that ACORN was dying and there was no way to save it. It was time to do new things.”
It turns out MORE is one of the new “things” to which Ordower was referring.
“If Jeff’s involved in MORE, then it is absolutely 100% certain it is an ACORN front,” an ACORN insider told me. “He’s a true believer all the way.”
Incidentally, I went to the FOX News Capitol Hill studio Tuesday and taped a segment with reporter Eric Shawn on the fake death of ACORN. Unfortunately the clip got pulled because FOX decided to give ObamaCare wall-to-wall coverage that day. (Shawn did put an item up on his FOX blog though.)
I don’t blame FOX. They exercised their news judgment and it is a huge story but there is a certain logic to their decision. This big-footing of the story is only appropriate because ObamaCare will crush everything else in America too.
It’s a metaphor for what is happening to what’s left of America.
