Obama Administration Bans the Truth About Islam and Jihad

Are “‘devout’ Muslims more prone toward violence”? While certainly not all devout Muslims are terrorists, virtually all Islamic terrorists are devout Muslims. In recent years, not only Osama bin Laden but also devout Muslims such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, would-be Times Square bomber Feisal Shahzad, Arkansas jihad murderer Abdulhakim Muhammad, and other jihad terror plotters such as Khalid Aldawsari, Baitullah Mehsud, and Roshonara Choudhry, among many others, reference Islamic teachings to justify violence against unbelievers. Just recently, Detroit underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab declared in court that Muslims should only be judged by the Qur’an.

Is the “Islamic charitable giving” a “‘funding mechanism for combat’”? If not, one wonders why so many Islamic charities in the United States and around the world have been shut down for funding terrorism, including what was once the largest Islamic charity in the United States, the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), as well as the Global Relief Foundation (GRF), the Benevolence International Foundation (BIF), and many others.

Was Muhammad a “violent cult leader”? Certainly one definition of a cult is that members are not free to opt out if they choose to do so – and it was Muhammad who enunciated Islam’s notorious death penalty for apostasy by saying, “Whoever changes his Islamic religion, then kill him.” (Bukhari 9.84.57). Also, there are several celebrated incidents in which Muhammad lashed out violently against his opponents, ordering the murder of several people for the crime of making fun of him — including the poet Abu Afak, who was over one hundred years old, and the poetess Asma bint Marwan. Abu Afak was killed in his sleep, in response to Muhammad’s question, “Who will avenge me on this scoundrel?” Similarly, Muhammad on another occasion cried out, “Will no one rid me of this daughter of Marwan?” One of his followers, Umayr ibn Adi, went to her house that night, where he found her sleeping next to her children. The youngest, a nursing babe, was in her arms. But that didn’t stop Umayr from murdering her and the baby as well. Muhammad commended him: “You have done a great service to Allah and His Messenger, Umayr!” (Ibn Ishaq, 674-676).

Al-Marayati’s demand that the FBI and Justice Department “invite experts who have no animosity toward any religion to conduct training about any religious community to law enforcement” is at the heart of this entire affair, and illustrates the assumptions upon which the Obama Administration is now proceeding. For years Islamic advocacy groups like MPAC and Hamas-linked CAIR have asserted loudly and often that telling the truth about Islam’s doctrines of jihad warfare and supremacism constituted “hatred,” and endangered innocent Muslims. Hamas-linked CAIR has trumpeted and even fabricated hate crimes against Muslims in order to exaggerate this perception of Muslim victimhood.

The entire premise of all this, however, is false. The now-banned FBI training materials were not written out of hatred for Muslims. They were put together in order to give agents an accurate picture of the beliefs and perspectives of jihad terrorists. It is unfortunate but true that the Qur’an and Sunnah do contain doctrines of warfare and exhortations to make war against and subjugate infidels (cf. Qur’an 2:191; 4:89; 9:5; 9:29; 47:4, etc.), and it is not an act of “hatred” to point this out, or even to scrutinize the Muslim community in the U.S. in order to try to determine its view of these texts and teachings. The only people who are genuinely threatened by such scrutiny are those who wish jihad terrorism to be able to proceed unhindered.

And there’s the rub: in banning the truth about Islam and jihad, the Obama Administration has opened the door for increased jihad terror activity in the United States. Agents who do not understand the threat they face and are constantly surprised by the places where that threat is coming from will be powerless to stop this jihad activity. And the nation will reap the whirlwind.

“invite experts who have no animosity toward any religion to conduct training…"
    yes, of course.
do you know how hard it is to get a job here?
if we "invite" some islamic "individual" for lack of being allowed to use a more proper term in public, into our facility we have just created the possibility of more security violations by the VERY PEOPLE WE ARE WORKING AGAINST.
you need to be vetted by (minimum of a local/national – in their case, international) background check to be granted access to our facilities.
we'd probably end up having to use local le to secure a waffle house for the training session.
    what a joke.
send it to us on power point with a read receipt.
we'll get to it right away.

I agree….we should not limit our terrorist identification to only Is-lame…..Let's look at all the other radical religions performing holy wars against the US and the west:
1, ……… 2, ………. 3,………. nope, can't think of a single one. Is-lame is the ONLY violent, terrorist religion on the planet. They should be exterminated.

  4. Iconoclast says:

I do not know how anyone could mis-interpret the holy Qu'ran when it tells its followers to "Kill the infidel wherever you find him." Cannot everyone see that this is a religion of peace?

  5. ed harris says:

    Islam = Evil

it is NOT a religion of peace it is a cancer on the face of our planet and needs to be eridicated now!

  6. David, Thailand says:

To those invoking Jesus and his principles: It should be clear even for the blind to see that those very principles leave Christianity at a severe disadvantage in any confrontation with Islam, which has a forceful, fearless, irrational, warrior prophet.

    • Beth says:

If you don't fight 'fire with Fire' – you will lose – in the court of law.

If a judge believes that Christianity (for example) is just as violent (produce those Scriptures – they can't, none exist) then the judge will not condemn islam (the koran) ignoring the fact that freedom of religion NEVER included the right to incite the masses into violence.

  7. Jack Sparrow says:

Only reason Nimo is spouting off here is because it is a blog with freedom of speech.
Why doesnt he/she/it go live in the middle east and spout off over there.
Oh yes, I forgot, its punishable by death to go on blogs and social sites.
At least then though we can all happily admire his beheading on Youtube while he is still telling us that Islam is a good, tolerant and just religion!

  8. Agnostic says:

I say screw all religion… Yep that works for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just think of how many wars we would not have fought… I assure you its a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obama Admisistration hasn't banned the truth. The opinion expressed in this column is ridiculous. There are pleanty of people who practice Islam in the US. The US is obviously not at war with Islam. The US is at war with Islamic extremests. It is important not to get the two confused. Not that I like Islam personally. But if a government program is advocating prejudice against a group it should stop. Hey, sorry if the Obama admisisration tries to take steps not to unfairly target people you don't like! But just because someone is a muslim, doesn't necessarliy make them a terrorist.

    • Larry says:

No.That's true, however it's also true that 95%+ of modern day terrorist are in fact muslim

    • aspacia says:

say is another fine product of our worthless k-12 system. The big O has forced his peon to omit the facts, which is a ban you dolt.

      It is Administration not Admisistration
      It is plenty not pleanty
      It is extremists not extremests
      It is Muslim not muslim

There have been numerous attempted Islamic terrorist attacks against our land in the last few years all perpetrated by previously non-violent Muslims.

Not all Muslims are terrorists, albeit all current ununiformed terrorists are Muslims.

    • Beth says:

"The US is at war with Islamic extremests. It is important not to get the two confused"

      Taught in the Koran…

      Mass Murder…………………………..009.005 – 033.061
      Mass Rape……………………………..033.052
      Beheadings……………………………..047.004
      Crucifixions……………………………..005.033
      Robbery…………………………………008.041
      Telling lies to non-muslims………….003.028
      Cutting off hands and feet…………..005.033
      Treason………………………………….008.067

Where do those commands leave the 'moderate' muslim sayhi?

And what about the fact that those teachings are taught to their children?

Does freedom of religion protect incitement to carry out violence?

  12. dle says:

For the record, The Torah, The old testament, and the Qur'an, all preach violence. Christianity and Islam were both created by outcasts, Judaism likes to think it was an outcast (where is the history in the Egyptians enslavement of the Hebrews? Non exist)

Blaming someone solely on their religious background is absurd. It's like branding everyone with red hair a terrorist. From the remarks to this post, it is clear to me that the only thing that is driving most people is a blind hatred for the sake of hatred. We are eating ourselves up from the inside, mainly because we can't tell the difference between our enemies and our friends and no longer seem o want to.

Yes, we are headed for hell in a hand basket, but when you want to blame someone, look in the mirror. We are like a serial killer who refuses to accept the responsibility of our own actions.. Everything is someone else's fault. No wonder they hate us so. Hipocrasy is brutal.

    • aspacia says:

dle, this thread regards O's omitted facts from law enforcement training manuals. Should this be done to avoid hurting Muslim's? I think not.

BTW, I tend to agree with your comments regarding faith, but most on this board are not driven by blind hate, except ObamaYoMama. I am concerned regarding the Islamic faith and what is entering my land and challenging my freedoms.

  13. Betty in VA says:

We have a Constitution that says that we can not make laws against religion. We cannot use the person's religion in a court of law as a reason to believe that they are law breakers. If we focus on those who are plotting violence, regardless of their religion, then we are following the Constitution. It does not matter if Islam has a war with us; what matters is whether or not we live what we believe. And that is the religious tolerance that was written into our Constitution. You want the blessings of this American government but only for people who are like you, not all citizens. It seems to me that Obama is the one following the Constitution and those criticizing him on this point are hypocrites.

    • Vulgarmastermind says:

We better not target inner city gangs by this notion. They are a group of individuals that band together and incite violence and mayhem. We better not target the KKK. Just because you are part of it, doesn't mean you will kill. Facts are facts are facts. If radical Islam has war on the West, you better fight. If you don't, please don't be offended when I hide behind you, armed or ready to fight. You should be on the front lines in the wars looking to shake hands with your friends.

    • Beth says:

U.S. law does not allow authorities to abuse anyone for their beliefs. NOR – does it demand that the U.S. government DEFEND anyone's religious beliefs.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

      Which agrees with the following:

Article. IV. Section. 4. of the Constitution of the United States of America

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

U.S. Law DEMANDS that the government protect the people from domestic violence. It is FACT that the Koran CLEARLY preaches violence. The U.S. administrations (plural) have neglected their duty when it comes to dealing with Islam – ACCORDINGLY – to U.S. Law.

      Article. III. Section. 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, GIVING THEM AID AND COMFORT. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses (the koran is on the internet for ALL to see) to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Freedom of religion NEVER gave any religion the right to incite the masses into violence.

  15. rgba says:

This whole article is fundamentally based on assertion that the passages cited , Qur’an 2:191; 4:89; 9:5; 9:29; 47:4, call for a holy war… if any of you had bothered, as I did, to conduct a quick google search of the these passages, it becomes quite clear that they appear to call for violence only when taken out of context. Reading just one sentence previous, makes it clear that they are a call only to self defense. This should be plainly clear to anyone who has two minutes to bother checking their sources..

    • aspacia says:

Did you read the whole Sura?

    • Beth says:

It preaches beheadings of non-Muslims} 047.004

The koran commands its followers to carry out crucifixions and the cutting off of hands and feet} 005.033 (crucifixions?!? – for crying out loud)

      It preaches treason in non-Muslim lands} 008.067

      It preaches war against all non-Muslims} 008.039 – 033.061 – 009.029 – 004.095 -002.216 – 009.039 – 009.123

008.067 It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war [slay them first] until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. {Treason in all non-Muslim nations

033.061 They [non-muslims] shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain without mercy. {Genocidal teaching – no matter how you look at it!

I sound like a broken record – but it's too important not to:

Freedom of religion NEVER included the right to incite the masses into violence.

  16. Old vet. says:

I think Nimo is a fish out of water. Was it peaceful muslims that flew planes into the Twin Towers, the Pentagon or the ground in Pennsylvania. It sure wern't Christians. Was it a peaceful muslim that killed and wounded all the troops at Fort Hood. It sure wern't Christians. The underwear bomber, Was he Christian, nope. What he and others don't see is that the West and Islam have been at war since the seventh century. It may never end. So all we can do is protect ourselves.

  17. Beth says:

Posting for all to see (from a long segment of replies to aspacia found on the 2nd page which begins with "nimo: "lying?" who never did give an answer to the koran's incitement to carry out crucifixions)

    Addressed to aspacia:

You have – YET – to post any Scriptures from the New Testament that teach humans to be violent with other.

This, you hate – because it leaves islam with no weapon when it comes to the fact that Freedom of religion NEVER included the right to incite the masses into violence. That's both national AND international laws that condemn the koran, once the accusation that "Christianity is no better" is removed.

That's the whole point of the segment of these replies.

You have yet to prove your point about Christianity being no better [you will never be able to do that - because no such Scripture exists]

Now – (to the readers) let's vote for leaders who will apply the laws that are already on the books – to rightfully and fairly ban islam altogether.

I think obama is starting to show his true islamic color. When one thinks, that he seems to want an economic chaos, deplete the military of its resources, hatred for Israel, friendliness to iran (depite giving them a slap in the hand for their nuclear program), deliberate attempt to create a dichotomy between social classes, outrages government spending spree….theres only one conclusion. Obama is not serving american interest. Guess who's interest obama is serving…..

  19. davepinoy says:

After stepping down from the presidency this 2012, i wouldnt be surprise if obama would say he is converting to islam…..Are you kidding me? Obama had been a muslim throughout his life….his actions exposes that.

Political Correctness: by its very nature does not require explanation for its tenets or dogma’s – that’s the whole point of it.

PC is the hippie expression of their fascistic totalitarian ideology into the real world: all must obey or suffer the consequences.

Much like the mythical evils of a dominating Christianity: only very much not-mythical.

As a Serbian, I love it all you Americans are having so many problems with Islam. You Americans sided with the same type of Muslims in the Balkans your fighting now. Hey how did Sept 11th work out for you people? Lol!! You can not blame us Serbians, even though many would love to. I love your having so many problems. Clinton, Bush and Obama told to Christian Serbs, that they should convert to Islam or move out of Serbia and the balkans. I hope you love the monster you people created.

  22. anticonversion says:

religion is a way to reach god, find peace of mind, its a self discovery process that makes us calm, feel happy being content. in every religion , people talk about the supreme being called God. so, if one seeks god in Church or in mosque or in a temple, does that make any difference? . the point is everyone is worshiping the same supreme being, one way or the other. where is the teachings of equality, secularism, tolerance, forgiveness, compassion. if these open minded thinking and equality is not there in the religious books, is it not provoking inequality, hatred, a mission to accomplish by converting others to your own religions? if not converted or followed the way of allah, consider them as kafirs and declare a jihad against them ? how the peace is gonna come like that. who are infidels ? those who don't go word by word mentioned in koran ? either convert them or kill them ? killing of one man is the killing of whole human society ? then kill who, the infidels ? do not question what allah has said ? why not ? why not reason it out ? why not test it with my logic and sense, why accept it as it is like an ignorant. as long as both the sides keep fighting, there will be NO peace. one has to take the initiative, be tolerant, to start talking about LOVE and harmony. sounds like a stupid lecture ? but thats the truth. no one talks of equality, tolerance, all wants to say, my book and way of seeking god is right , yours is wrong, and it goes on and on..
