The focus of their new Chicken Little campaign is the decades-old Emergency Financial Manager statute, mostly used by outdoing Democrat Governor Jennifer Granholm and recently strengthened by new Republican Governor Rick Snyder—because, oh, right the old law wasn’t working very well.
