News Flash: The Recession Is Over!
Larry Summers, the top White House economic adviser appeared Sunday on ABC’s ”This Week” and informed the nation that,
“Everybody agrees the recession is over.”
Injecting a cautionary note, he intoned, it will take “substantial time” before the economy recovers entirely. But Summers says that,
“…what we can take satisfaction from is we’ve walked back from the brink.”
