What could Chris Matthews, host of MSNBC’s “Hardball” have been thinking when he confessed that watching President Obama speak sent a “thrill up his leg”? How about when he suggested that Obama’s speech on Afghanistan, delivered at military academy West Point, was presented in “enemy territory”?
