It’s bad enough that MSNBC is in the ratings toilet.  Now the suits that run the peacock network are flushing their broadcast station ratings down as well.  Their re-arrangement of the deck chairs on the Titanic, involving Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien and the whole Tonight Show franchise, is nothing short of astounding.
