While there’s been all sorts of wild speculation about the sources of the pro-Hamas riots, we do know two things…
1. They mostly come out of high-end schools (if the campus doesn’t have a course on Queer Shakespeare theory, it probably won’t be able to mount a Hamas encampment.)
2. They come from campuses with a lot of foreign students.
Now, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the State Department has pulled over 300 student visas to rein in the riots. While the cases of some foreign terrorist supporters, most notably, Momodou Taal, who urged taking a cue from Hamas, and Mahmoud Khalil, a key figure in an organization that called for the murder of Jews, and ‘Death to America’, the numbers are apparently much higher.
“It might be more than 300 at this point. We do it every day. Every time I find one of these lunatics, I take away their visas,” Rubio said.
Of course as we all know, pulling a visa and getting a foreign national out of the country can be too different things. America is full of foreign nationals who are here illegally and the Hamas supporters who have been busted by ICE are fighting their cases in court and through the media, while others may try to lay low, but a message is being sent.
Revoke all Visas for Violence Prone Ham-A** thugs and return them to where they came
Clean house now or pay for it later!
AI could catch a huge number of them.
Hope to never hear “AI” again…the Dude of the House, at the school where he teaches sped, he was in a meeting last week and once again tried to explain that “exposiing” his kids to “the regular curriculum” instead of teaching them to read, simple math, and life skills., was NOT a good idea — or even possible. The (new and green) administrator asked, “Can AI fix that?”
Duh. Any decent writer can rewrite material in a better (simple) way for sped kids in MS. But even the thought of it seemed to be beyond the skill of admin. I thought it was hilarious he was asked that!
(BTW, never vote for more $ for schools. They only spend it on useless admin and shiny, new admin buildings. Privatize!)
It’s a no brainer, if you are in the USA illegally you are out on your arse.
Not even illegally, if they are in on a tourist or student visa, have been given refugee status, or even a green card, and participate in those sort of activities, they get it revoked, get put on a plane out, and their file marked “never to be admitted”.
It’s as simple as that. They are a guest in the country and should not be involved in political activity in the country in which they are a guest.
I was on a F1 Visa in mid 80s. I was in the US for one reason only: getting a degree. The US government and I were in complete agreement with that.
