You may remember Marilyn Mosby, the former State’s Attorney for Baltimore, from the fraudulent Freddie Gray case, a drug dealer who was injured and died in the back of a police van. This was before the George Floyd case normalized jury misconduct in police kangaroo trials and Mosby managed to lose every case.
The good news is that she finally got a conviction. Her own.
Former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby has been convicted on two counts of perjury by a federal jury.
The federal jury reached the verdict Thursday, finding Mosby guilty of perjury after she falsely claimed financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to withdraw money from the city’s retirement fund, prosecutors announced.
Mosby initially pleaded not guilty to the charges, which allege that the former prosecutor falsely claimed financial hardship during the pandemic in order to withdraw $90,000 from her city retirement accounts. She then used those funds for down payments on two vacation properties in Florida, prosecutors said.
Life is hard when you have your own travel agency.
In May 2019, Mosby created a travel and legal consulting business, Mahogany Elite Enterprises LLC.
The company’s existence was not disclosed until an amended statement was filed by Mosby on July 2, 2020 to the Maryland Ethics Commission.
Richardson describes the company as a “long-term venture” by the prosecutor “to help underserved black families who don’t usually have the opportunity to travel outside of urban cities.”
Finally, justice has been done. All it took was getting Mosby out of office and convicted.

But she will forever be the victim.
Since the Gray case, “I have had a target on my back, and I get it,” she said.
Touting her record, she says she’s fought for a uniform standard of justice for all Baltimore residents, prosecuted police for violating rights, sought to “end the war on drug users and people of color,” decriminalized drug possession and sex work, demanded second chances for incarcerated lifers and helped exonerate black men who the “justice system wanted to rot in prison.”
“I get it,” she said. “This is not what prosecutors usually do and many people will forever hate me for it.”
Prosecutors are supposed to enforce the law, not suspend it for the benefit of their base. And speaking of prison…
Um….she claims hardship and then uses the money to buy luxury items. She is so guilty she is an insult to guilty people.
From a bullhorn, George Soros-bought prosecutor Marilyn Mosby promised justice to a Baltimore, MD mob screaming for the scalps of police officers over the death of a black thug– Freddie Gray– in police custody. After charging six police officers with misconduct but convicting none, the Soros dupe pronounced a laundry list of crimes– including drug possession, prostitution and public urination– that her office would not prosecute. Why? “Equity.” After losing re-election to a less corrupt opponent, Mosby secured the release of a convicted murderer– Adnan Syed– on her way out of the door. But before she could make her escape, the Feds busted her on a reporting lapse in a financial transaction. It looks like the DOJ (Zuckerberg money) was making a point of order to party radicals funded by Soros money. Mosby’s prosecution was an intramural fight among “woke” Democ-rats. Too bad they couldn’t all go to prison. In any event, those who suffered under the vicious tenure of State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby will shed no tears about her criminal conviction for financial fraud. Payback, as they say, is a female dog!
I have long since concluded that justice won’t be served for many of the Mosby’s out there on this side of Glory, but it’s nice to see some once in awhile. I take solace in the fact that their day WILL come…and it’s highly likely that this prosecutor isn’t finished being prosecuted.

Is Baltimore capable of electing a sane, normal, honest, competent official? Or has the urban voter base become too stupefied by dismal public education and societal rejection of civilized culture as “white”?
A few years ago, they had the opportunity to elect Kimberly Klacik, a black woman who ran a great campaign.
It appears they prefer crackheads, rapists, and murderers.
Or, perhaps the crackheads, murderers, and rapists have become the voting majority.
What goes around comes around.
If they keep this up crying Wolf when it happens for real no one will believe them
Finally a good story in today’s sordid journalism. I hope Mosby is forced to munch endless carpet in prison and take endless broomsticks.
Note that they got her for perjury. That’s the easiest bust. Any time you fill out a form.

I don’t hate her, I merely despise her for what she has done. So many people wish us to hate.
