You might think that’s a line from a Trump rally, but now it’s a from a CNN conversation with the West Michigan chair of the Michigan Jewish Democrats.
“I’ve had a couple of people say point blank, ‘How could any Jew vote for a Democrat?’” said Troy Zukowski, the West Michigan chair of the Michigan Jewish Democrats.
CNN spends much of the article trying to put the best possible face on an ugly situation.
Alarm is rising in Democratic circles that the turmoil set off by the October 7 attack by Hamas and Israel’s bloody war launched in response is becoming yet another weight on President Joe Biden’s reelection, with warning signs flashing over Jewish voters’ support for the president.
While the Biden campaign has been hosting a regular “Jewish Women for Joe” Zoom call and will soon hire a faith engagement director who will have Jewish voters as a major portfolio, several Jewish leaders complained privately to CNN that they have not seen enough direct engagement. Multiple Jewish elected Democrats and Democratic voters told CNN about being disappointed and abandoned by progressive allies, of feeling “politically homeless” both because they think Biden hasn’t done enough and because they worry he can’t control his own left.
He can’t and won’t.
Beyond Dearborn’s Hezbollah Muslim population, much of the Left is pro-terrorist now. And they run the Biden administration and much of the organized party.
CNN’s response is to push Doug Emhoff, also known as Mrs. Kamala. This is an even worse version of the Dukakis campaign talking about Kitty Dukakis. Except that Emhoff is a powerless figure married to a mostly powerless figure who has nonetheless managed to be the most high-profile anti-Israel figure in the administration.
And there is this revealing moment when someone mentions Maher Bitar whom I exposed shortly after Biden took power.
The pain and tension erupted late last month at a White House briefing held right before the Rose Garden event celebrating Jewish American Heritage month, where Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and domestic policy adviser Neera Tanden talked about fighting antisemitism, and deputy national security adviser Jon Finer and National Security Council spokesman John Kirby talked about the situation in Israel.
Why, one person in the room asked Kirby, was there a NSC official who in college had been part of Students for Justice in Palestine? Why, another asked Finer, had all the references to antisemitism been removed from the president’s State of the Union address in March, pushing an unsubstantiated rumor that has been circulating for months?
The NSC official, Kirby said, is a professional.
Maher Bitar, one of the executive board members of Students for Justice in Palestine, was one of the principal organizers of the 2006 conference which was being hosted by Georgetown University’s SJP hate group. A photo appears to show him dancing in a keffiyah in front of a banner reading, “Divest from Israel Apartheid”.
In his new position, the former anti-Israel activist will coordinate intelligence between the White House and the intelligence community, receiving material from intelligence agencies, informing the intelligence community of White House policy, and deciding who gets access to secret information. The office also contains some of the most classified information around.
At the PSM conference in Georgetown, Bitar had run a sessiondescribing how to best demonize Israel. Next year, he facilitated a Palestinian Student Society summit addressed by Joseph Massad who had called Israel a “Jewish supremacist state” and praised terrorism.
A few years later, Bitar could be found presenting at a Sabeel conference featuring some of the worst bigots like Rebecca Vilkomerson of JVP ,who had invited a terrorist to address the BDS hate group, and Richard Falk, who had endorsed a book which wondered whether “Hitler might have been right after all”.
No wonder American Jews feel “politically homeless.”
(For the people who respond to this by posting hoax polls from lefty groups claiming that 70% of Jews are voting for Biden, they’re fake polls from activist groups. So are most of the other ones. There are few to no reliable independent polls of the Jewish vote. We don’t actually have reliable hard numbers.)
And why don’t Jews protest when Dems attack Christian faith?

You can’t characterize an entire ethnicity by one standard. Not all Jews are stupid enough to vote Dirtbagocrat by jerking their knees.

The reason many, probably most, American Jews will vote for Biden is that their real religion is Leftism, not Judaism. They often, for some reason incomprehensible to me, conflate the two and ignore the policies of the Dem party, from DEI to Israel, that are objectively contrary to their own own interests. But they do have “a home.” The other party.
The central, core, moral code of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and socialism is altruism, self-sacrifice for others. It is the duty of the individual to sacrifice himself for the tribe, the neighbor, the collective, society.
The Jews keep practicing altruism as appeasement. They keep believing that if only they are loving enough to their mortal enemies their mortal enemies will love them back.
Reminds me of a scene from the movie “Take the Money and Run” where the main character played by Woody Allen is a glasses wearing nerd as a child. Every time the bullies beat him up, they end by taking his glasses off and crushing them under their feet. Until finally he learns that every time he sees the bullies coming to beat him up again all he has to do is take off his glasses himself and crush them under his feet and the bullies leave him alone.
But in real life it doesn’t happen that way, the bullies beat you up anyway.
And what other party? We have a UNIPARTY now. The Republican Party is 90% R.I.N.O.s whose dominant moral code is also altruism. Did G.W. Bush tell the truth to the world about Islam? No, on the contrary, his altruist bleeding heart went out to protect America’s mortal enemies, calling Islam a religion of peace.

One of Joe’s problems is he needs to figure out a way to earn the terrorist and pro-terrorist vote that he firmly held in 2020. His best bet is to show them dead Jews. Lots of dead Jews. “How Could Any Jew Vote for a Democrat?” Jews have historically been Democrats. Jews also historically have mostly been sympathetic to communism. The Hollywood Ten are one such example. The Democrat party is no longer “the party of tolerance and change.” The Democrat party is now the party of hate, division, jealousy, and destruction of America. Perhaps it’s long overdue for Jews to reevaluate their political affiliation.
Almost all of the first-generation of immigrant groups vote Democrat. The only immigrant group that voted Republican from the start are the Cubans, because they had first-hand knowledge of what altruism-socialism really means.
What poor immigrant doesn’t get seduced by promises of altruistic government help? It takes philosophical knowledge or first-hand experience to know the true evil of altruism-socialism.

Ever have your car stolen?
You go to where you remember parking your car and see an empty space and you question yourself thinking you must have parked somewhere else, until you realize that indeed, your car’s been stolen. You accept the reality. It helps if you have insurance. You get a new car.
Anyone who believes Biden is good for Israel, is someone who’s still looking at an empty parking space and has not yet accepted reality. Why? Cognitive dissonance? Stockholm syndrome? Total Torah ignorance?

Some people have gone to vote and been told that they already voted. Apparently the stolen car got the driver there first to steal the vote. Voting early is insurance.

The Orthodox Jews vote greater than 80% Republican and are strong Trump supporters. So are Israelis, whether they are Orthodox or not.
