The California Senate Appropriations Committee advanced a bill to allow illegal aliens to make use of the state’s zero down, no payment home “loan” program, an expansion the legislature says would create “significant cost pressures.”
“The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone. As such, the California Dream for All Program should be available to all,” wrote bill author Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula, D-Fresno. “When undocumented individuals are excluded from such programs, they miss out on a crucial method of securing financial security and personal stability for themselves and their families.”
Giving them drivers’ licenses resulted in massive numbers of DUIs and other accidents. Giving them taxpayer-funded benefits resulted in a massive transfer of wealth south of the border and out of the country.
Now, California’s political elites want to provide zero down home loans for people illegally in this country so they can stay here forever.
That’s not what you do when you want to secure the border, it is what you do when you want to boost the invasion.
That’s what you do when you want to crash the economy
And destroy the country.

They tried something like this before. Illegal immigrants bought a bunch of houses in my former area. Then a crash came and they defaulted on the loans.
That was after they got loans for cars, trucks, big TV’s and a lavish lifestyle they couldn’t afford with the easy home equity loans they acquired. Saw it happen right across the street from my home in California during the 2008 decline. Our homes value plummeted. They lost their homes, then the section 8’s took over and turned the neighborhood into a ghetto. Thankfully, the economy improved, the banks sold the homes to decent people and our home and business value went up, during Trump, and we sold both and got the heck out of California. Looks like the California legislature is conjuring up that nightmare again.
