Nearly every BLM story can be summed up as, “We know what really happened, he was a violent criminal and they’re lying about it.”
The only twist in the Breonna Taylor case was that her boyfriend was the violent criminal. Breonna was the accessory.
As David Horowitz wrote in 2020, “The other man in Breonna Taylor’s life in March 2020 was her new boyfriend, 27-year-old Kenneth Walker, a low-grade drug dealer.”
“Investigators also recovered photos of Taylor and Walker posing with firearms. In one photo stored on Walker’s phone, a smiling Taylor stood next to Walker as he held a Glock 9mm handgun and a Springfield Saint AR-15. The picture was accompanied by a caption that read, “Partners in crime,” along with a cartoon rendering of handcuffs.”
Walker opened fire on the officers and shot one of them in the leg. The cops returned fire and ended up killing Walker’s girlfriend.
Kentucky jurors quickly threw out the one case that was brought to trial.
The Biden-Harris DOJ decided to federally charge the officers anyway despite documented evidence of Breonna’s actions even as the media kept lying that the only reason she was shot was because the officers were racist.
The documents also alleged that back in 2016, the body of Fernandez Bowman was found in a car rented by Breonna Taylor. When LMPD detectives arrived at Taylor’s home to question her, Glover was there. Taylor told the detectives she did not know Bowman, that she had been dating Glover for several months and that she had let him drive the rental car. She also gave detectives her phone number, which was a number that Glover was still using as recently as February of this year, according to the documents.
Glover was the focus of the investigation that led to the Louisville Metro Police raid that killed Breonna Taylor on March 13, 2020.
He and at least two others are accused of using juveniles under the age of 18 to transport and sell heroin, fentanyl and other illegal drugs.
Unfortunately for the DOJ drew a Reagan appointee as a judge and the case has been filed where it deserved to go.
District Court Judge Charles Simpson ruled that Breonna Taylor’s death was caused by her boyfriend shooting at police officers.
End of story.
This case should have never been brought to trial. The only reason the DOJ decided to lynch some cops was to appease racists, appeal to racists and enable more crime in the streets.

Let me clear it up for you, Taylor and Glover are low life miserable thugs that deserved what they got.
Well said, this was just another case of persecution of officers to satisfy some woke mob. However, in the bigger picture, this is just another byproduct of the idiotic and immoral war on drugs.

Most users eventually become criminals to support their habit.

If the government legalizes drugs, it means the government is promoting the drugs. It means the government is run by criminals, it means the government can be sued for every death and every crime committed by the druggies.
The government’s foremost and main job is to protect people, not to promote crime and death.

This is the land of the free supposedely. We shouldn’t be dictating to people what they can or can’t do with their own bodies and lives.
100K die annually due to mostly laced drugs and unknown doses due to….,prohibition! If drugs were supplied legally deaths would go down dramatically.
People become criminals due to prohibiton. People became criminals and even resorted to organized crime when alcohol was illegal.
If all drugs were legal (not just decriminalized), the wildest estimates and data from other nations have the number of addicts only increasing by 25 percent as most people would not rush out to become junkies.
Small price to pay as our jail space would free up, police could save billions on wasted resources, the cartels would go out of business, street gangs would no longer exist, and I could go on and on.
What would you hope to be accomplished by continuing this moronic war on drugs? Do you think that some day we will all be living in some pristine drug free utopia?

I don’t know about you, but I get tired of seeing drug addled people on the streets eating food out of take-out containers like a dog. That is not living and there DOES need to be a war on drugs as far as opiates and other killer drugs. Letting every drug mule into this country has NEVER been a good idea.

Racist blacks are causing a lot of damage to the nation. Most of them are racist. Half of them are criminal racists. That’s the class who makes all the “new rules.”
I miss Colin Flaherty. His reporting was “without racism, without rancor and without apology.” If he were alive, he would put the whole Breonna Taylor affair under the category of “crime – the new black entitlement.”
Perhaps the tide is turning. Police absolutely MUST be confident to use deadly force when protecting themselves or others.

As far as I remember, he shot at cops thinking they were intruders. That is self defense. Now it was a while ago so I may not remember all relevant details, but I doubt it. So correct me if I’m wrong.

So thinking they were intruders, he tragically died as the cops had to fire back for their own safety. It is a tragedy, its that simple.

Now Breonna dating a drug dealer and or user does not mean she deserved to die. But the cops shouldn’t have been charged because they were just responding to being shot at.

If opiates were legal, there would be zombies everywhere. Sometimes the law thwarts certain behaviors and addition is one of them. I get tired of seeing addicts on every street corner barely able to stand up.
