So yes, the FBI is going to play this game where the motive of the Trump assassin will remain a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Especially when no documents are being released to the public. According to the FBI, Crooks, the shooter, had no political motive and was just as willing to take a shot at Biden as at Trump.
Meanwhile, documents are not being released because somehow the whole thing is the subject of a grand jury. Why is there a grand jury when the shooter is dead? One explanation, being hyped by social media grifters, is that a wider conspiracy is being investigated. I don’t buy it. What might be plausible is that his parents have been dragged into the net for not reporting or preventing the assassination. That sort of thing has happened before and the FBI would be comfortable with dragging in the parents as scapegoats.
But, equally likely, a grand jury investigation is a pretext for keeping documents in the case under lock and key at least until the election.
Would the DOJ and the FBI influence an investigation to win an election? You tell me.

I like that the FBI says he searched both for both Biden and Trump on the Internet, implying he had no particular political motive and was a non-partisan assassin. But it didn’t say how many searches of each or what the search terms were for each. That information might be useful to know, yes?

If Kamala wins no one will investigate the assassination attempt. And we will more or less have the answer. If Trump wins we will definitely have the answer because he will investigate it.
