One reason why 2024 wasn’t 2020 is that Republicans actually secured some court wins for election integrity. One of those was getting the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to rule that there was to be no counting undated ballots. Having learned their lesson from 2020, Republicans went back to court over and over again to establish that point.

Local Democrats simply chose to ignore it and decided to count undated ballots anyway because the law does not apply to them. No, really.
The chairwoman of the Bucks County Board of Commissioners, Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, who openly advocated for Pennsylvania election officials to violate the law by counting illegal ballots in the U.S. Senate contest between challenger Dave McCormick and the incumbent Bob Casey, although every major media outlet has declared McCormick to be the winner.
And what did Ellis-Marseglia actually say? “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country… People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention.”
Imagine a Republican chair saying that in 2020. And then imagine them not going to jail.
When Republicans game out plans to contest an election, it’s an attack on democracy and everyone involved has to be tried and disbarred.
When Democrats actually just go ahead and violate a state supreme court order, and announce that they are intentionally violating the law, nothing happens to them.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court reiterated its stance Monday with an additional ruling instructing against the inclusion of undated mail ballots, which the Bucks official said Monday brought the clarity she wanted.
“This is exactly what I was hoping for, for the court to weigh in and give us clarity,” Ellis-Marseglia said. “We were under a stay, and now we have full clarity.”
This, only after being called out by Trump and the PA Dem Gov. Now she claims she was misunderstood. On video record? Really?
A sane person would follow the law without having to be slapped in the face by a court.
Time to charge her with a crime. One that costs her lots of money. otherwise it will be repeated.
I heard some Democ-rat governor say on morning TV news that he was deeply upset that President Trump intends to enforce immigration laws. Mind you, this duplicitous clown also took an oath himself to enforce the laws of the United States of America. If Democ-rats want the lawlessness of the jungle then we shall have the lawlessness of the jungle. Lord help us.

I lived in Pennsylvania’s Bucks County for 40 years. Why am I not surprised by any of this?
Ordered liberty and the rule of law are our inheritance. That bequest is being destroyed by our colonization by feminist progressives and their ignorant or evil legions who give us an evil government set upon our destruction because we are a threat to its continuance.
At the very least, the local sheriff should arrest her. The sheriff is a Constitutional law enforcement officer and has the authority — indeed, the obligation — to enforce a lawful court order in his jurisdiction.

There should be charges for FRAUD and an ORGANIZED FRAUD! The election should be called with the Republican the winner and the DEMOcrat can demand a recount of the LEGAL ballots – in vain!
