“The Pardons that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs and many others are hereby declared VOID, VACANT AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” President Trump posted on Truth Social.
The Autopen is a symptom. The underlying issue is what Biden knew or didn’t know and whether he was competent to make decisions. This is the 25th Amendment issue that Democrats dodged for too long.
I documented some of Biden’s most outrageous pardons, beyond family members, including Chinese agents, scammers who stole over $5 billion from over 1 million victims, and hundreds of drug dealers and cartel members.
In ‘Congress Must Expose the Senility Coup’, I wrote that this was a coup that congress must expose by “subpoenaing documents, and compelling medical personnel and advisers to testify under oath about Biden’s mental capacity in everyday affairs so that a date can be set for his incapacity.”
Under the 25th Amendment, Vice President Kamala Harris and cabinet members were required to notify Congress once they realized that President Biden was incapacitated. They did not do so. Had they, Kamala would have been legally able to take office and assume his responsibilities. Their failure to do so created a secret constitutional crisis that escalated into a coup. It is now the duty of Congress to unwind the constitutional crisis by forcing the parties to it to testify or face imprisonment, and to distinguish the legitimate from illegitimate actions.
In the absence of a clarified time of mental incapacity, all of the actions undertaken by the Biden administration are potentially illegitimate and have no legal standing. It is therefore in the interests of the administration’s personnel to clarify a date of mental incapacity otherwise the argument may be made that the entire administration had the character of a prolonged coup.
After the debate, Democrats rushed to claim that Biden was out of it. They must now be made to testify, not for tell-all books written by CNN hacks, but in front of the American people.
If Biden wasn’t competent and people were using autopen to sign on his behalf then all those pre-emptive pardons are invalid, which leaves the recipients open to the prosecution, guilty decisions, and jail time that they so desperately deserve.
For a whole host of things, not least imitating and usurping the role of PotUS.
It also brings into question everything else Sleazy Joe signed, or purportedly signed, going back quite a long way.
According to studies of the signatures on every one of Alzheimer Joe’s Executive Orders, nearly all of them were signed by Autopen, including the ones he pretended to sign on live TV in the Oval Office.
President Trump, AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel have a lot of arrests, prosecutions and imprisonments they need to oversee. They can’t let the perpetrators of the obvious coup of the hopelessly demented President Biden get away with their crimes. Nothing like that ever happened before in US history and it was a Hell of a lot more than a political scandal. It was a fucking shadow coup.
And they’re continuing using federal activist judges to undermine Trump. Their varied forms of lawlessness need to be STOPPED! If not, our votes will result in just another four years of Trump bashing and We the People will be left with this rot still undermining our laws. And at this point, I’m no fan of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court either when one judge cannot tell us what a woman is and will be rendering her vote and opinion on more complex legal matters than basic biology!!
My gut tells me the left has something on John Roberts that keeps him in check; could be wrong but our republic deserves to know.
We knew the left would be a thorn but we can’t let them become a bludgeoning stick against the executive branch and our voting to crush the Deep State!
The fact a sitting President was mentally unfit his entire term was hidden from the American people is THE biggest scandal in our Nation’s history. The extent of the treachery done here by many is staggering. There must be a great reckoning.
I strongly suspect that that is not the only treacherous or treasonous act that the democrat party and their MSM confederates have successfully perpetrated on the American people.
Proof? With a lot of help from the MSM, Obama (a person of dubious citizenship and loyalty) and Joe Biden (a dimwitted fool afflicted with dementia) were elected to the presidency of the US
Some might think or suggest that the proof is anecdotal at best but ask yourself, is it? Think again.
A digital forensic fingerprint analysis must be done on these papers. If Bidens palm and fingerprints aren’t on them they are frauds and totally void! Some duties the President can’t delegate! Analysis all prints on the documents, see who’s show up repeatedly and begin questioning and arrest! This is sedition and treason! The second autopen was in someones private office in the shadows. Are you paying attention Obama??

Mental instability was clear when Biden went on a black hosted radio show and spewed: “If you don’t vote for Biden you ain’t black.” The main sleaze media would have gone after any white person who said that but not one peep about Biden’s apparent true racism was full blown and out.
Fuccing Biden damn near destroyed the USA – we now know it was never Biden calling the shots .- The only time Biden perked up was for ice cream, sniffing little girl’s hair and their mommies’ hair. As creepy as that was, again the media turned a blind eye and kept spewing lies about President Trump and MAGA and fomenting racism as the teleprompter told them to read. No journalist integrity – not like FP and commentors like myself.
They were already hiding his dementia during the first campaign. One thing that was pretty clear.
Some truth:
As campaigns go, Biden didn’t campaign, he sat in his Delaware bunker while the liberal MSM campaign for him. All Biden did was go where he was instructed to go and say what he was instructed to say. Biden even slipped on more than a few occasions and absentmindedly admitted that he was given a script to read which he struggled to read.
His lone debate with Trump was the coup de grace that finally expose the extent of his dementia to the American public. After that, the media and the DNC could no longer hide it or concoct a cover story.
Fast forward to today and I seriously doubt if Joe Biden is even lucid or aware of reality and is likely in a semi-vegetative state.

It’s not too late to execute Beijing Biden and all his handlers for treason. Not too late for me to dream about it, anyway.

How many hoaxes are the American people supposed to endure? I used to doubt every claim of a conspiracy because I believed knowledge of the actual situation would emerge. But since Russia collusion, Covid (all the way down even down to its origin story, as the NYT finally admitted), “very fine people,” Biden’s cognitive collapse, “the border is secure,” Israel committing genocide in Gaza, etc., all of which were either promoted or covered up for by our garbage “news media,” I no longer feel that way at all.
Not only should the pardons be nullified, but any and all executive order he signed once he became non compos mentis.
