President Trump’s Department of Government efficiency (DOGE), headed by Elon Musk, has attempted to shut down waste, fraud and abuse at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), a major funder of radical leftist groups. Last week, Theodore Chuang, a federal judge in Maryland, ordered DOGE to restore USAID employees’ access and pause any efforts to shut down the federal agency.

Composite character president Obama nominated Chuang in 2013, but there’s more about him people should know. Judge Chuang, like Obama a Harvard Law alum, is a “long-time Democratic Party activist with a left-wing history” and a particular interest in critical race theory.

The day before Chuang’s order, federal judge Julie Ruben ordered the Trump administration to reinstate some of the Department of Education grants it had canceled in the quest to end DEI initiatives. In similar style, federal judge Myong Joun of the Massachusetts District Court ordered the Trump administration to restore DEI teacher training grants.

Ruben and Joun are both appointees of Joe Biden, and so is Ana Reyes, billed as “the first Hispanic woman and first openly LGBTQ person” ever to serve on the DC Circuit Court. The Biden judge apparently considered the alphabet construct a job qualification.

Reyes recently blocked President Trump’s executive order “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness,” which “cannot be diluted to accommodate political agendas or other ideologies” such as “radical gender ideology.”  In effect, Biden judge Reyes appoints herself Secretary of Defense. Consider also Obama judge James Boasberg of the DC Circuit.

As presiding judge of the FISA court, a legacy of the Carter Era, Boasberg greenlighted the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” covert operation against candidate and President Trump. The Obama judge then moved to the DC Circuit to handle the case of FBI official Kevin Clinesmith, who altered an email to expose former Trump campaign aide Carter Page to surveillance under “Crossfire Hurricane.” Boasberg let off the FBI forger with probation and community service.

The Obama judge recently ordered deportation flights of Venezuelan criminal illegals to turn around and return to the USA, effectively appointing himself president, secretary of state, and head of the Federal Aviation Administration. Boasberg, Reyes, Chuang and Ruben have something in common aside from their appointments by Democrats. None was elected by the people of the United States.

The president is the only government official elected by all the people, so usurpation of presidential powers by unelected judges is an offense against the people of the United States.

Federal judges can be impeached but Chief Justice John Roberts opposes the effort to impeach Boasberg, who in effect acted as pro-bono attorney for the Tren de Aragua terrorists, the criminal lobby (ACLU), and the Stalinist Maduro regime.

“Impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” said Roberts in a statement. As the people should know, this is the same judge who approved Boasberg for the FISA court. If his indulgence of “Crossfire Hurricane” and tap on the wrist for Clinesmith gave Roberts second thoughts, nothing has publicly emerged. The Bush judge is probably good with it.

As the people may recall, Roberts also greenlighted Obamacare, the composite character’s vehicle for transforming America into a place where you get only what the government wants you to have. The people can be forgiven for believing that Roberts is protecting Obama’s boy Boasberg, which recalls a case in 2018.

Federal judge Jon Tigar ruled against Trump’s asylum policies, and the president called Tigar an “Obama judge.” Roberts responded:  “We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.” And so on, with room for reasonable doubt.

Judge Tigar, based in San Francisco, ruled that California taxpayers must pay for the sexual “reassignment” surgery of Rodney Quine, a convicted murderer, who in prison suddenly claimed he knew he was a woman from the age of nine. When defendants charged with murder claim to be innocent, the court examines evidence and takes sworn testimony to reveal whether the claim is true or false. Judge Tigar failed to apply that judicial process when the convicted murderer claimed to be a woman. For the record, Shiloh Heavenly Quine, father of two daughters, is now inmate number WB1121 at the California Women’s Facility.

In effect, the Obama judge appointed himself medical examiner, legislator, and state controller handing out the checks. If taxpayers thought this was a travesty of justice it would be hard to blame them. What is going on now is much more serious.

Unelected judges Chuang, Rosen, Juan, Reyes and Boasberg are blocking the agenda of the elected president of the United States. Call it black robe supremacy, a sequel to the white coat supremacy imposed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, a government bureaucrat for more than 50 years, with no accountability to the people. On his way out of the White House, Joe Biden issued a full and unconditional pardon for Fauci without listing any crime he committed. Whatever it was – and the possibilities are many – a crime of similar magnitude is now in progress.

The American people want deep government reform, not a replay of Biden, Obama and Jimmy Carter, on whose watch the FISA court and Department of Education got their start. If the people are to gain the reforms they deserve, and continue to live in freedom and safety, black robe supremacy will have to go.
