Sen. Chuck Schumer, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Sen. Tim Kaine, Sen. Chris Van Hollen, Sen. Peter Welch, Sen Dick Durbin, Sen. Tammy Baldwin, and 103 House Democrats rallied in support of Mahmoud Khalil: an organizer in a Columbia University terrorist movement that called for “Death to America” and “the total eradication of Western civilization”
Half the House Democrat delegation, the party’s Senate minority leader, its former VP nominee in 2016, and two of its top 3 presidential candidates in 2020 now support the “rights” of this alien enemy to pursue its agendas of destroying Israel and exterminating its Jews, and destroying its indispensable ally America along with the rest of the civilized world.
That’s why David Horowitz’s message was that, “Mahmoud Khalil and his followers are self-declared enemies of America and should be treated as such.” And that’s also the message of the David Horowitz Freedom Center which has always been clear about who the enemy is.
That includes not just the Jihadist allies who terrorized Columbia, scrawling swastikas on its walls, taking janitors hostage and demanding the destruction of America and Israel, but all of their supporters from the street level to the highest levels of political power in Washington D.C.
“When the enemy is US imperialism, then absolutely anyone the US calls an enemy is my friend,” Momodou Taal, the latest foreign student to be targeted for deportation and defended by leftists, declared. That’s a coalition of America’s enemies that potentially includes China, Iran, Russia, Al Qaeda, ISIS, the American Left, and the top leadership of the Democrat Party.
‘Death to America’ is not just a protest slogan and the support of it by top Democrat leaders shows how the radicals who launched their 50-year assault on it succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. From the days of Jane Fonda and Tom Hayden, the Weathermen and their bombs, what people used to call the ‘lunatic left’ is now in command and control of the Democrats.
Like Khalil, and Momodou Taal, who had urged “the end of the US empire in our lifetime insha’Allah” (Allah willing) and raved that “my hatred for US imperialism and the global system it reproduces knows no bounds,” the radical rioters of the sixties were defended and dismissed as “protesters”. But they were not just protesters. And we were wrong not to take them seriously.
They wanted to destroy America. And they still do.
Protesters want political change within a country. Its enemies want to destroy it. “Death to America” and “the total eradication of Western civilization” are not calls for change. These enemies within on our college campuses and in our streets call for “armed resistance” by which they mean terrorism, war, and the extermination of anyone who dares to stand in their way.
Khalil, Taal and other enemies being deported by Trump openly tell us who they are. They’re at war with us and their message is that the war can only end in our extermination: the “total eradication of western civilization” and “the complete eradication of Zionism.”
Why does the American Left stand with them? Because it wants the same exact thing.
The movements that exploded in the sixties and today are as serious about destroying America as Iran and Al Qaeda. They are not part of our country, society or civilization. Either we win the war against them or we will find out just how serious their call of “Death to America” is.
It’s appropriate that Trump invoked the Alien and Sedition Acts since this war has been going on since the very beginning. The long march of the Left through our institutions climaxed in their takeover of the finest university system in the history of mankind and of the Democrat Party.
Just as the Weathermen went from planting bombs to taking over academia, Hamas in America is replicating the same process, the enemy without collaborating with the enemies within, using our academic institutions as a launching pad for a war of extermination against America and Israel, against western civilization, Christians and Jews, that will only end in our defeat.
Or their destruction.
The Muslim Brotherhood, the parent organization of Hamas, replicated the SDS campus strategy using its Students for Justice in Palestine and Muslim Students Association chapters in colleges across the country to build an army of radical foot soldiers to turn what started as an external attack on February 93 and September 11 into a civil war to destroy us from the inside.
And now, for the first time, America is fighting back against the enemy within.
The Trump administration’s move to deport the foreign campus radicals fighting against us and the top echelons of the Democrat Party then rising to their defense shows what the stakes are.
The 50-year struggle to take over the Democrat Party has made it into an enemy of America.
Top Democrats side with Hamas supporters who call for “Death to America” and the destruction of western civilization because that’s not just the Hamas, Al Qaeda and ISIS agenda, it’s their agenda too. After a 50-year struggle, they are showing Americans who they really are.
Momodou Taal, one of the foreign Muslim terrorist supporters that the Trump administration wants to deport, declared that “absolutely anyone the US calls an enemy is my friend.”
That’s not just his motto. It’s the motto of the Left. And when the Left took over the Democrats, it became their motto too. That’s why they support Taal, Khalil and every campus Jihadist.
And every other enemy too.
That reminded me, a sunny day outside in the college amphitheater in the early 1970s, some kind of protest, must have been about Vietnam. I was seated a few feet from Jane Fonda. She got up, angry about something, and spoke. What struck me was how dry and leathery her skin was, like a lizard. Not at all sleek and glossy like she was in Barbarella 🙂

Nevertheless, the poison of intellectual nihilism comes from the universities. The American people cannot withstand the onslaught of irrational philosophy coming out of the universities forever. In the 1960s it was inconceivable that the Lunatic Left would ever take over the Democrat Party, 60 years later it has. The erosion and destruction of American and Western civilization is gradual but inexorable so long as the universities keep indoctrinating their students in irrationalism and nihilism.
The antidote for irrational ideas is rational ideas. The antidote for irrational philosophies is a rational philosophy. Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism is that rational philosophy.
Too bad T. No one seems to be taking up the mantel of Objectivism despite all of your fulminating about how objective and rational you are.
It appears that the longer you try to push that fake philosophy on the population the less it seems to be accepted

The communist take over of the Democrats began more than 90 years ago with the feckless Franklin Roosevelt administration which allowed itself to become saturated with Stalin’s agents (it was long before WWII that the real Cold War started). It is no surprise that the current “Democrat Party … rises to the defense” of our enemies.
It has now been 10 years since the Communist Party of the United States (CPUSA) eliminated running any candidates for nationwide office. They explained that working from within the Democrat Party satisfied all their ideological and political needs. The Democrats had become better communists than the Communists.
There was time within living memory when the Communist Party was known to be “a criminal conspiracy, not political contender for majority approval.” The Democrats themselves have been called “a criminal organization masquerading as a political party”.
Maybe it’s time to treat them as such.
The commies where here in the early 1920’s working to infiltrate and overtake education and media, particularly cinema. They have not yet abandoned that plan.
Their original target for education was grade school, and once that was well in hand, of course extend through high school. The “higher” education came round a bit later.
Of course, the dynamic has changed considerably. As they managed to coopt “higher ed” they had already corrupted those who would become teachers, so the lower grades were a done deal.
In entertainment they also have greatly succeeded. The whole sexual “revolution” was their deal, as have been the trans and homo nonsense, no guns in the hands of The People,

Not sure he even hated the sin – sharia law allows Muslim males to do an awful lot of things that Judaism and Christianity view as offensive to God.
The weathermen were an anti-war group that started a war to show how anti war they really were. I served in Vietnam but not as a draftee. I don’t regret my service and recognize those politicians who knowingly initiated this war for corrupt ambitions and a false mantra of ant-communism were vile and evil.
All opposition to Vietnam was not honorable or sincere. To many it was an easy path to nihilism and anti American hatred for something they never experienced and a history that had many imperfections that allowed many of them to enjoy the good life.
They would tear down something’s that works well for many and which still is imperfect. It may always be imperfect and hopefully never authoritarian. America can still provide the good life for most, and it must work on its imperfections., even if not always successfully. Hopefully there are no evil Presidents in our future and if there are, they are quickly cast out.
The left progressive marxists can only bring a dystopian future with violence, without freedom, and cause our Founders to turn in their graves.
Sadly, there may be great strife and violence in America. Fanatics always leave loss and sadness in their wake..
Civil war themes should be recognized early and destroyed to never be allowed to rise again .
Let’s not lose our freedoms to destroy those among us who would challenge and endanger those freedoms.

Tackling the roots of the problem demands that moral relativism be condemned – whilst it is Islam that allows the mentors of the campus protesters to cheer at the atrocities of an Oct 7th, the protesters themselves have been taught that “resistance” can justify rape, murder and torture – though seemingly not animal cruelty, because there were a couple of Israelis who visited US encampments impersonating jihadis, in order to show the supporters of Oct 7th some of the things that were done, and it was the images of a family dog being shot that were the sticking point for their audience.
Anybody who is in a country on a student visa and participates in any sort of political protest or activity should immediately have the visa revoked, be put on the first plane back to where they came from, and their file marked “never to be admitted”.
And it doesn’t matter what sort of political protest or activity, as a visitor to a country all of them are off limits.
