State governments refusing to cooperate with federal law enforcement in enforcing immigration law because they reject the idea is an insurrection. And it ought to be treated like one. Whether it’s Gov. Newsom in California or Gov. Evers in Wisconsin, state governors ordering employees to obstruct ICE is a Fort Sumter moment.
The State of Wisconsin guidance to “state employees encountering ICE or other federal agents at their workplace” tells them to ask for their budgets, tell them to sit in a “public area” , not allow them to “enter into a non-public area” and to refuse to cooperate without contacting a lawyer.
Gov. Evers’s directive warns state employees “do not answer questions” and “do not give the agent access to any paper files or computer systems” because “state employees may not grant ICE or another agent access to such data or information.”
This comes after the arrest of Judge Hannah Duggan in Milwaukee for obstructing ICE agents while telling an illegal alien wifebeater to run away and helping him escape. Other Wisconsin judges are threatening to follow suit.
All of this is illegal.
State governors do not get to pick and choose which laws they comply with. Neither do state employees. Obstructing immigration enforcement in order to keep flooding America with illegal aliens is an insurrection and can be put down.

They likely will be able to add perjury and RICO charges since it’s just too coincidental that these people are all doing this together and when questioned are going to lie about the collusion.

Time to start arresting everybody who obstructs a legal process….all the way to, and including, the Governor’s mansion.

Simple. He and the others are in violation of federal law. Send ICE to cuff them, remove them and incarcerate them. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!
Take the Newsom pretty boy and the other still adolescent acting governors and put them in solitary without bail until trial.
Reading material: They will receive unabridged copies of our US Constitution and being released from solitary will be dependent upon passing a very thorough test.

Unfortunately, the Democrats have a lot of lawyers and they are technically correct here. States do not have to cooperate with Federal law enforcement although they cannot actually interfere with an arrest. That is why they do not have to allow ICE agents into non-public spaces or give them access to files and records without a judicial warrant.
The two judges recently (and properly) arrested were different: the Milwaukee judge actually obstructed ICE agents in a public space (her courtroom and the courthouse) and concealed an alien to prevent his arrest, while the New Mexico judge was charged with evidence tampering for destroying the cell phone of an illegal alien. Why he hasn’t been charged, as far as I know, with harboring that illegal alien I don’t know because it is a federal offense to do so.
But that doesn’t excuse the Democrats, whose unwillingness to cooperate in the removal of illegal aliens is disgusting. The remedy against Governor Evers and the sneaky, skirt-the-law Democrats like him is political: they want illegal aliens to invade and destroy this country, and Republicans should be shouting about this every day until the Dems look back longingly to the days their approval rating was as high as 28%. (And of course Trump should continue to arrest all the Democrats who cross the line and blatantly break the laws).
Hasn’t the Oregon Gov or Portland mayor got a similar or nearly identical set of instructions on the books? In fact a few sanctuary cities and states may?
I am absolutely in favor of arresting all of these GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES on charges
of sedition and placing them in jail WITHOUT BOND while they are tried for that crime.
The punishment meted out needs to be the most severe that law allows.
We are witnessing a mass insurrection, the most egregious of our entire lives and
without fighting this scourge we risk our country being dissolved by damnation.

– and not have their dog shot.
Take it from an attorney – who is also on a Federal watchlist –
– if you stand in the Feds(D) way, you will go to be arrested – and G-d help you.
Do not think the Feds are marshmellows or have no black letter or case law to support their authority.
With a few exceptions (eg Osha warrants) … Feds only go ‘soft’ BECAUSE THEY’RE WORKING FOR THE CRIMINALS.
