They’re making a point. So is the media. Just not the one they think they’re making.
Washington Post
The new head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division is dramatically reshaping the office to propel President Donald Trump’s social agenda, prompting the departure of about half of the division’s lawyers in recent weeks, according to people familiar with the situation and public statements from top officials.
Since being sworn in this month, civil rights director Harmeet K. Dhillon has redirected her staff to focus on combating antisemitism, the participation of transgender athletes in women’s sports and what Trump and his allies have described as anti-Christian bias and the Democrats’ “woke ideology.”
Justice Dept. Pushes Trump’s Agenda on Religion, Sports and Antisemitism – The New York Times
It’s revealing how the DOJ’s civil rights lawyers would rather resign than fight antisemitism and how the top two ex-liberal papers in the country now dismissively class antisemitism together with other things they believe that conservatives made up. Hard to see how they could have done a better job of demonstrating what a farce civil rights has become.
The good news of the day 🙂
For the sake of justice, it’s better that such lawyers leave,
These socialist wokesters should be disbarred and removed from participation in the legal arena. They have no interest in supporting the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or any ethical standards. Look up the law schools they came from. That would be an indictment of these aw schools for training political hacks rather than attorneys with an understanding of law and history.
But they didn’t mind it at all when Biden made black supremacist and anti-Semitic Kristen Clarke the head of the Civil Rights Division. As for me, I’m glad these people left. They are probably the same staffers that argued that the 14th Amendment doesn’t protect whites back in the Obama administration. So good riddance to them.
