During the UCLA Hamas riots, it was routine for the terrorist supporters to mace and assault Jewish community members and students. And for campus security to refuse to intervene, take down evidence or call the police.
The media covered up the situation.
And even those who were actually arrested after weeks of this are getting a pass.
The City Attorney’s Office received over 300 referrals from arrests made during the mass protests on the campuses of UCLA and USC in April and May, 2024, and declined to file criminal charges on most of the referrals.
Three others will be referred to informal prosecutorial proceedings.
2 out of over 300. Not 300 arrests, but 300 referrals from arrests. And even those arrests are only the tip of the iceberg.
But it gets better. The only two people charged are the Jewish targets of the pro-Hamas mobs.
The vast majority of pro-Hamas perpetrators have their cases dropped.
CAIR is cheering the move which should tell you everything.
Three, including a fellow named ‘Ali Abuamouneh’ are being routed to ‘diversion’ hearings. Only Edan On and Matthew Katz, Jewish community members who fought back against the Hamas mobs, are being charged.
“After careful consideration, we are filing criminal charges against two individuals and sending three others to City Attorney Hearings,” said Hydee Feldstein Soto, Los Angeles City Attorney. “I want to thank the attorneys in my Criminal Branch for their dedication to the rule of law and their commitment to objectively evaluating the evidence and referrals received on each of these matters.”
Giving nearly every pro-Hamas arrestee a pass and charging only Jewish community members demonstrates many things, systemic prejudice, a weaponized justice system and radicals protecting their own… the one thing it does not demonstrate is “objectivity” and “dedication to the rule of law”.
But leftists and Islamists led a campaign to intimidate Hydee Feldstein Soto and they got their way.
The Hamas riots at UCLA really call for a DOJ Civil Rights investigation into cases which have been handled every bit as abominably as anything under Jim Crow.
And Edan On and Matthew Katz should be getting pardons.

In a morally responsible world, justice is guided by truth. Is it even possible at this point to regrow truth when its roots have been ripped out from a morally responsible existence? I don’t think so. Using a compromised system of justice to repair a compromised system of justice will not work. So what will? America’s got a chance, Trump’s got a chance, to figure it out. Until it does, it is now crucial that the targets of this truthless, morally irresponsible ‘justice’ save themselves and their families before chaos descends in an increasingly hostile and unprotected environment for them, increasingly so because the terrorists in America are meeting resistance from most of the current administration which is waging the war for truth against them and their hate. The administration is not calling it a war; but it’s a war. Throughout the land, from sea to shining sea, terrorists in America plan on pulling out all the stops. All out. No going back. No fading away. And how have they gotten this far? Ay, there’s the rub. Who really gives a damn to fight fight fight for what’s right right right? If the targets unjustly imprisoned are fighting for America, what does that say about the rest of America who don’t see themselves as targets not fighting for America?
Don’t wait for the righteous in America to hide you in an attic.
Would that the ground spontaneously open up and swallow the bad guys…..
In lieu of that happening, there’s Torah, God, Israel and the IDF.
And that is what laughingly call “equal protection of the law.”. Utterly disgusting.

Either America has too many lawyers or it’s too easy to get a law degree.
Now let’s do a little racism test. Replace Muslim with white and Jew with black. Now sit back and imagine the headlines as two Black people get charged for defending themselves from outraged white people. Newspapers would run out of ink. The Internet would run out of electrons.
And did you notice the City Attorney involved in this and lying her ass off, Hydee Feldstein Soto, is a Jew? Obviously not a religious one or she wouldn’t have married a guy named Soto or taken part in this moral offense. I don’t understand people like her. How do leftists hate their own ethnicity. Of course, I’m not a crazy psychopath.
Don’t be surprised if UCLA greenlights the pro-terrorists next time to build ZyKlon B showers and ovens. But the event will be inclusive, with every Jew on campus invited.
Vigilante justice is the only option.
