Biden may be out to lunch but the regime is in high gear and rolling out new moves to try and set policy and make it as difficult as possible for the incoming Trump administration to solve national problems.
The latest move involves H-1B foreign visas, used by tech companies and others to ‘insource’ and then ‘outsource’ labor, bringing foreign workers to America who work cheaply and then take those skills to China or replace American workers here. H-1B visas have been a sore point for a lot of Americans.
The Biden administration is setting policy on the way out the door.
The US Department of Homeland Security today announced a new, final H-1B rule aimed at streamlining the approvals process as well as other improvements.
“American businesses rely on the H-1B visa program for the recruitment of highly skilled talent, benefitting communities across the country,” Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas said in a statement. “These improvements to the program provide employers with greater flexibility to hire global talent, boost our economic competitiveness and allow highly skilled workers to continue to advance American innovation.”
What this actually does is ‘streamline’ the pipeline to turn foreign students into H-1B workers and will make it difficult for the new administration to block approval of H-1B renewals.
Beyond the details, this is a pretty clear example of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas, already impeached for his actions, trying to make it difficult to slow down the rate at which foreign workers take American jobs.
They’re not through destroying America yet.

Trump’s re-election is but a brief reprieve from the malignant Democrat party’s control of the country.
In that case republicans need to grow a spine and a pair of balls and stop bending over for the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer and most important of all, they need to stop acquiescing to the octogenarians in their party. Failure to do that and the dems will be back in power as soon as 2026.

What? You’re kidding us, right? Every seen the code of federal regulations or the CFRs? At the end of 2023, there were over 90,400 pages in the CFR. Every page was and is written by the government bureaucracy. And the number of pages in the CFRs keeps increasing year after year almost exponentially.
For every one law that congress passes, there’s around 10 regulations (CFR) written to implement the law. It’s how the bureaucracy (aka, the deep state) justifies their existence and fat paychecks.
But, don’t sweat over it. Most Americans accept it as it’s just the way things are and are duped into thinking there’s nothing they can do about. There’s plenty that can be done about it but you have to wake up first.
George Carlin once said to the effect that it’s called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it. That was an understatement.
Unfortunately those work visas turned out to be mainly a con, which fooled me at first. But the Dems jumped on it immediately, so they must have known.

The weird psychological mechanism of the Dem voter though, is to double down on failure and embarrassment, and insist that the insane decision was the right and moral one. Consequences be damned.
Allowing that talent to stay here and drive the USA forward is a good thing. If they are are replacing American workers with foreigners then that’s a bad thing. These are the kinds of educated people we want in our country. People who don’t like American values, criminals and do nothings need deported. Replacing skilled Americans with foreigners isn’t how this reads.
But, they are replacing American workers with foreign workers because they are not required to pay them as much! Only roughly half of Americans with STEM degrees especially in IT are still working in these fields after 15 years! They are simply importing cheaper, not better, labor to increase profits!
Tom Homan should begin the deportation process by fining each and every construction or landscaping contractor known to employ illegals (whether they’re doing it technically legally through a registered subcontractor or not, and fine those subs, too) that they’re in violation.

This past summer I ran into a cement contracting crew doing work in my part of town, men I knew from working with them as a young man decades ago. The entire crew of workers were American, in an industry in which at least 35–50% or more of workers are immigrants.
IN CA THE NUMBER WOULD BE 100% IN MANY PLACES WHICH ONLY HIRE LA RAZA
Who is making these decisions? This shows the left does not accept losing in their project to destroy the US for its people.

Smooth transition -not!
H-1B visas are supposed to be for filling positions that companies can’t find US employees with the needed skills. This is subject to abuse with companies reducing costs by hiring foreigners. An example would be Disney bringing in an entire new IT staff for one of its locations then requiring the existing staff train them before the lay offs. I’d propose the government establish an H1B fee equal to twice the difference between what they will pay the foreigner and what it would cost to hire an American. Including the non-salary portion of pay such as FICA and pensions. This would incentivize employers to find US employment.
There would still be issues* but it might reduce the practice. (* E.g. An international company with a call center that is moved to a foreign country.)
With a stroke of the pen, Biden’s destructive EOs like this will be readily undone, in minutes… that goes for his illegal immunity deals he’s putting in place for his corrupt officials (nope, they are not pardons) outside the official office/channels for Presidential Pardons.
But he will receive G=ds justice……..and that is reassuring, because His justice meeted out is perfection!

These things the outgoing admin is doing to poison the incoming needs to be stopped by shortening the transition to a day or two at most, or severely restricting what can be allowed to happen during the transition. Go into any BANK OF AMERICA or WELLS FARGO in Silicon Valley searching for single employee who is not Indian or Taiwanese. Under the Dem Party, all Americans are last to be in line when it comes to ‘cheap’ labor….. and still people look about for middle America that no longer even exists.
GOP Sen. Mullin Drafting ‘Very Secret’ Border Bill with Democrats
Mullin is an advocate for stringent border security. But he has also supported rules allowing for more legal migration of foreign workers into U.S. jobs. For example, Mullins has supported visa worker programs that allow employers to hire temporary migrants instead of Americans.
Those visa programs are praised by CEOs who can sideline unwanted American workers in favor of cheaper, younger, healthier migrants. The visa programs also allow investors and CEOs to avoid buying the labor-saving machinery that raises the productivity and prosperity of American towns.
In contrast, reconciliation bills cannot be used to raise the current annual inflow of around 1 million legal migrants and one million legal temporary workers.
Simple Solution:
New corp tax cuts: Calculate the percentage us US workers to H1B’s and grant the tax cuts based upon the percentage of American employees.
H1-b is how you make sure that you keep engineering and IT wages down. Nothing else, no special skills. Just how do you keep the white man down.
