I wrote up the hearings on this clown show previously in ‘Biden Judge Claims Military Can Discriminate Against Soldiers Who Don’t Take Vaccine, Not Soldiers Who Believe They’re Women’.
This isn’t even first-year law student or high school level argumentation, it’s stuff worthy of The View. Clinton judges were bad, Obama judges were worse and Biden judges are just unhinged shrieking activists who don’t understand the law.
The ‘ruling’ from ‘Judge’ Ana Reyes lives up to that level, contending that the military can’t block mentally ill crossdressers because “is soaked in animus and dripping with pretext. Its language is unabashedly demeaning, its policy stigmatizes transgender persons as inherently unfit, and its conclusions bear no relation to fact.”
Most of that tantrum is actually a description of Reyes’ own nonsense.
Right now some federal judges have decided that they’re actually in charge of the country. It doesn’t work that way. And Reyes’ argument is that the Pentagon order is wrong because it’s mean. That is really what all her rhetoric comes down to. That and hollow editorializing.
“First minorities, then women in combat, then gays filled in that blank. Today, however, our military is stronger and our Nation is safer for the millions of such blanks (and all other persons) who serve.”
Is our military stronger than in WWII? Is our nation safer than during the Cold War? Color me skeptical. But that debate has no bearing on anything. Debates over subjects like this were held during the election.
The American people disagreed with Reyes. The attempt by judges like Reyes to illegitimately block the will of the people is a judicial coup.
If it goes on, then we don’t have representative government.
I believe it’s full steam ahead for the Trump administration. They surely knew this was coming and were ready for it. It seems that they’re moves are designed to make these judges make the most insane and outlandish rulings possible in order to force the issue.

What soldier would want, someone so mentally ill equipped, that they would questioned the sex given by God at birth, to watch his back in a life or death situation?

Agreed, but soldiers already carry tampons in their first aid kits these days to plug bullet holes. Pretty ingenious, like using condoms to keep water or sand out of rifle barrels.
Circuit Court Judges barking orders at the Executive branch is absurd. It does not work that way. Leftist, a group who does not believe in our Constitution at all, sure like to make a lot of stuff up about it to try to bash Trump over the head with. The claim of a Constitutional Crisis is just stupid talk to entertain the dem’s voter base made up of Cretins.
Back in the 70s and early 80s the Southern District of NYC went after the mob using the new RICO laws and were able to put a number of them in jail. They found that the five families had been colluding with each other in their criminal activities.
I am no lawyer but, to me, it’s starting to look like a RICO conspiracy amongst the district judges and the lawfare clique who bring their cases to these corrupt judges. Boasberg is suspect number one right now. They are actively engaged in sabotaging the Trump administration. Perhaps it’s time to include Clinton, Obama and Biden in this as well if the Trump team can bring a case. This has been going on since Trump 1.o re: the Russia Hoax. Now it’s on steroids. And the communists are even shy about hiding it
It would also appear that John Roberts is getting sucked in as well. I hope Trump 2.0 and his team are considering this. I haven’t heard anything re: RICO from the conservative radio hosts yet, particularly Mark Levin.
I would hate to see this presidency waste it’s time like they had to on Russia Russia Russia. We only have 3 years to fix this. Hopefully Vance runs and wins and we can put the nail in the coffin on these lawfare traitors.

Jefferson and Congress in 19802 dealt with a problem like this by reorganizing the courts as the Constitution provides. Trump and Congress should do the same. These lunatic judges should be reassigned to municipal traffic courts in DC and overseas holdings. Then suitable replacements can be confirmed in the restructured jurisdictions affecting federal actions. And Congress should invalidate nationwide rulings of district courts.
Bidens Judges should either abide by the U.S. Constitution or just Leave
Any thinking, reasonable person would have seen during the confirmation hearings that these judges would be and were left wing activists. Yet how many Republicans helped confirm them?
The nitwit judge probably does not know there are medical conditions that preclude military service. Diabetes. for example. Conditions that require daily medical attention are very detrimental to an individual’s combat readiness, which in turn has a very detrimental affect on the unit’s combat readiness. Any transgender individual undergoing any kind of drug therapy would fall into the same class of medical dependency precluding military service.
