President Joe Biden seems to have a habit of getting caught cursing on a hot mic. Last week, President Biden did it again during his visit to Florida. A hot mic picked up the president boasting, “No one f—- with a Biden.” Biden’s F-bomb followed his meeting with Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis to assess the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian.
Not only was Joe Biden’s expletive-filled remark an insult to the dignity of the office of the President of the United States. It was also total fiction. Sadly, America’s adversaries and fair-weather friends alike have been putting the screws to this country ever since President Biden took office.
The Chinese Communist regime has the “big guy,” Joe Biden, just where it wants him. Given the Biden family’s financial entanglements with Chinese Communist Party-linked individuals and companies, President Biden has steered clear of angering China’s rulers by avoiding strong public condemnations of the regime’s horrendous treatment of the Uyghur minority population.
One of the Chinese companies that has fed money to the Biden family is CEFC, an energy firm with links to the Communist Chinese regime. Joe Biden’s son Hunter and his brother James had dealings with Patrick Ho, a CEFC executive who was convicted in the United States on charges of international bribery and money laundering.
Hunter Biden knew exactly whom he was dealing with while a business that Hunter was managing and was invested in was receiving money from Patrick Ho’s company, CEFC. Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin reported in congressional remarks he delivered that “[I]n a recently uncovered audio extracted from his laptop, Hunter Biden referred to Patrick Ho as the ‘[expletive deleted] spy chief of China.’” (Emphasis added)
The Biden administration has tapped the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve at an alarming rate in a futile effort to keep gas prices at the pump down. Some of this oil has ended up in China!
It just so happened that a million barrels of the oil that President Biden ordered to be released from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve was purchased by Unipec, the U.S. trading arm of the China Petrochemical Corporation (known more commonly as Sinopec). Sinopec is wholly owned by the Chinese regime, the U.S.’s number one strategic adversary. And guess whose private equity firm had bought a $1.7 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing several years ago? Hunter Biden, of course.
The Chinese regime has the Biden family, including the “big guy,” wrapped around its finger.
As a result of President Biden’s war on fossil fuels, which has turned the United States from being energy independent to energy dependent, Biden has handed the OPEC+ nations huge economic leverage. OPEC+, which is led by Saudi Arabia, just announced a cut in oil production of 2 million barrels a day with the objective of driving up the price of crude oil from current levels.
President Biden’s trip to Saudi Arabia last summer, during which he appealed to Saudi leaders to increase production, led to a small transitory increase in production but has proven in the end to be another of his stunning foreign policy failures. Joe Biden came into office with an antagonistic attitude towards the Saudi kingdom, which he called a “a pariah state” during the 2020 presidential campaign because of its human rights record. President Biden managed to worsen U.S. relations with Saudi Arabia after he took office by trying desperately to restore the disastrous nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia’s enemy, Iran. President Biden wants Iran’s oil back on the market to increase the global oil supply.
President Biden’s decision to release a flood of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to achieve short-term cuts in the price Americans pay for gasoline at the pump became the last straw for Saudi Arabia. It decided to counter by successfully pressing for concerted production cuts by the OPEC+ member states – a direct in-your-face move against President Biden.
To make matters worse, Russia, the co-chair of OPEC+, will benefit significantly from its sale of oil at higher prices brought about by the cartel’s production cut. Russia will use its increased revenues to continue funding its war against Ukraine, precisely what President Biden has said he does not want to see happen.
President Biden’s embrace of left-wing Green New Deal policies has put the United States in the energy-dependent position that it now finds itself. As National Review’s Jim Geraghy wrote, “We choose to be dependent upon the goodwill of oil-rich states such as Saudi Arabia because genuine energy independence would require us to enact policies that environmentalists don’t like.” He added that OPEC+, led by Saudi Arabia, “brought the metaphorical middle finger: an OPEC+ cut in oil production a month before the midterm elections. MBS [Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman] has absolutely no fear of crossing Biden.”
The Iranian regime is also thumbing its nose at President Biden. It is holding out for better terms in the nuclear deal than the concessions that they have been offered so far. The regime is refusing to cooperate with an investigation by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Meanwhile, the Iranian regime has stepped up its aggressive actions in the region. Just recently, a U.S. citizen was killed in an Iranian missile and drone attack that took place in northern Iraq. We know what former President Donald Trump would have done in retaliation and it would not have been pretty for the Iranians. But with the Biden administration, there were just canned statements.
The Biden administration’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: “We stand with the people and government of Iraq in the face of these brazen attacks on their sovereignty.” After confirming that a U.S. citizen was killed as a result of Iran’s attack in the Iraqi Kurdistan region, a Biden State Department spokesperson said simply: “I want to reiterate that we condemn Iran’s violations of Iraq’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
Boilerplate words like these do not cut it, especially when the Iranian regime killed an American citizen with its unprovoked aggression. President Biden should have appeared on television immediately to strongly denounce Iran’s murder of an American and to vow a swift reprisal. But he failed to do so. The Iranian leaders have Biden’s number. They know, after his hasty, reckless withdrawal of all U.S. troops from Afghanistan last year, how weak this president is.
So does North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. Just compare what happened during the Trump administration with what is happening during the Biden administration in terms of ballistic missile firings by North Korea.
The Biden administration had to eat some crow when it reported that North Korea has fired forty-one ballistic missiles so far this year alone – President Biden’s first full year in office – including an intermediate-range ballistic missile over Japan. Six were intercontinental ballistic missiles. During 2018 – Donald Trump’s first full year as president – North Korea was not reported to have fired any ballistic missiles. The next year, there were twenty reported ballistic missile firings by North Korea.
North Korea’s first nuclear bomb test in five years could be just around the corner.
After North Korea’s last nuclear bomb test in September 2017, there were no more such tests during the Trump administration. The former president issued very tough warnings to “Rocket Man,” including the threat that same month to “totally destroy North Korea” if the United States were forced to defend itself and its allies. Then, starting in 2018, Trump pivoted to engaging in summit diplomacy with Kim Jong-un, keeping the North Korean dictator off balance. President Biden is incapable of thinking outside of the box, displaying tentativeness instead.
Peace through strength works. Former President Trump showed strength. President Biden shows weakness.
Closer to home, the Mexican cartels have had a field day since Joe Biden became president. The Mexican cartels’ income from smuggling illegal immigrants into the United States has risen to $13 billion this year – a staggering 2500% increase from a paltry $500 million in 2018.
The supply of illegal immigrants seeking to enter the United States exploded, thanks to President Biden’s open border policies. And the Mexican cartels are all too happy to meet the soaring demand for their services. During President Biden’s first 19 months in office, Border Patrol encountered 3,588,877 illegal immigrants, as compared to the 951,568 illegal immigrants encountered during former President Trump’s final 19 months in office. The number of “gotaways” surged 54% from 389,155 in Fiscal Year 2021 to 599,000 in just-ended Fiscal Year 2022.
As Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis said, “Honestly, Biden should be given an honorary membership in the Mexican drug cartels, because nobody has done more to help the cartels than Biden with his open border policies.”
President Biden’s disastrous policies at home and abroad have emboldened America’s adversaries and sowed doubts among America’s friends. His boast that “No one (expletive deleted) with a Biden” is a complete travesty and America is paying the price.
It’s fun to imagine the msm’s reaction if Trump had said or done some of the things biden has. If the msm even had a pretense of balance biden’s approval would be less than 20%.
It’s also doubtful that the “installed” democrat actually received more than 50 mil votes in the 2020 stolen election.
A traitor elected to swipe the foundation from under a house of cards-Congratulations Joe (the Big Guy). It wasn’t a difficult job at all.
