Yesterday I noted that an Obama judge in D.C. had developed the novel legal theory that he was King of America.
Judge James Boasberg responded to a plea from four alleged Venezuelan gang members in Texas (who denied that they were gang members) afraid that Trump was going to deport them under the Alien Enemies Act (he didn’t) and issued an oral order commanding that planes deporting other gang members out of the country turn around (they didn’t)
The media reported this as Trump deporting gang members despite a federal judge’s order which only lacked minor things such as standing, the correct venue, and some tentative connection with the actual law.
Boasberg is back in the courtroom and threw a tantrum accusing the White House of ignoring his oral order and of scheduling the flights to get ahead of his oral order. The White House responded that it doesn’t have to follow oral orders. Kings give oral orders. In this strange American republican system, officials have to issue written documents instead of commanding, “off with his head”. Boasberg then complained that, “my oral orders don’t seem to carry much weight.”
This is understandably confusing for a D.C. judge under the impression that he runs America, and yet the waves won’t part at his word and planes don’t turn around. What’s a tyrant in black robes to do?

Judge Barfberg was a judge on the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) from 2014 to 2021. He voted to approve a FISA warrant to spy on Trump and his campaign under false pretenses and helped create the treasonous Trump/Russia calumny as part of the seditious scheme Bareback’s handlers fabricated to destroy Trump. He helped enable the 100% illegal “Crossfire Hurricane” FBI “investigation” (frame-job) of President Trump.
And he was also the Presiding judge of the FISA Court from January 1st 2020, to May 19th 2021. He was there when Alzheimer Joe’s handlers had their crooked Justice Department and FBI spy on Trump and everybody even remotely associated with him, and frame him with idiotically false allegations that he attempted to overturn the 2020 election results and started a non-existent “insurrection” by MAGA supporters on January 6th.

Just how did we get to the point where a solitary district court judge is able to stop the President of the United States, the chief of the executive branch? It seems that some judicial reform is needed so that only a high court panel or maybe only the Supreme Court has the power to block the actions of the President.
Or President Trump could just use illegal rulings by Judges as the basis fo their criminal arrest and prosecution.
How did he get out of law school? So far, he hasn’t actually written any opinion that affects the matter before the court.
James Boasberg whines that his verbal order was insufficient. He is ignoring the precedent from his judicial district that an order is not in effect when it is issued verbally, but after it is issued in writing to avoid vagueness.
