D.C. judges became notorious during Trump’s first administration for overreaches of power more fitting for a banana republic, but Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, has hit a new high or low.
The ACLU filed J.G.G. v. Trump, the initials of the gang members, in D.C. on behalf of Venezuelan gang members in Texas (and one in New York) in which they appealed against the possible implementation of the Alien Enemies Act (which I discussed previously) to expedite the removal of TnD gang members back to their country.
Beyond all the other problems with the filing, there are two basic ones, the act hasn’t actually been implemented against anyone, including these men, and those men are not being held in D.C.
So any judge, no matter his politics, should have kicked the case in one paragraph, for lack of standing and the wrong venue.
This is a demand that the government be restrained from something it hasn’t done, to people it hasn’t done it to (the plaintiffs claim that they’re not even TnD members) on the belief that it might do it, and the people in question mostly aren’t within a thousand miles of D.C.
(Anyone who remembers the speed with which courts rejected challenges to pandemic lockdowns and 2020 election abuses knows how this works.)
Judge James Boasberg, who heads the D.C. District Court, decided to claim jurisdiction over Texas and New York, and then the entire United States, by forbidding the Trump administration from removing any alien enemies from the United States, and even ordered planes in the air to return, thereby also imposing his jurisdiction on the whole planet. Why not just declare himself planetary emperor at this rate?
Remember when you hear talk about standing and venue, an Obama D.C. judge just declared that he can take any case he likes and intervene whether or not there’s any standing or it’s the right venue. If this is allowed to stand, it eliminates entirely any checks and balances, as well as the separation of powers.

You do understand no judge can tell a President what to do? If you read the Constitution you would understand that. Trump is free to ignore all these judges and their illegal orders.

I’ve been reading how the Nazis perverted the legal system in Germany starting in the 1930s, throwing out legal principles dating back to the Roman Empire and adopted by all civilized countries. The Democrat judges have continued the Nazi tradition. I’m not a legal expert so its hard for me to explain, but maybe some conservative legal experts can look at how the left has carried on the Nazi tradition of perverting legal systems. The way all these activist judges have made rulings based of public perceptions was one of the examples I read about.

If this judicial interference continues should President Trump declare Martial Law ? I would.
This judge’s overreach must prove his incompetence and unworthiness to hold that position. What he has done is state that his authority takes presidents over the American President’s.

When do we see prosecutions of judges for such partisan illegal behavior? There seems to be plenty of prosecutorial action against the Executive branch (or the Legislative branch). Even judges are not above the law. Just being impeached and removed from the bench is not sufficient. That is not holding them accountable for the consequences of their rulings. A lot of Americans are dead thanks to the ideological rulings of such judges.
One possible solution would be for Congress to pass a law, and the President to sign, that makes it an automatic removal from the bench for a judge to have two or more decisions overruled and none upheld.
No messy impeachment necessary.
Just automatic removal.

And how much was the BOND that the plaintiffs posted? It’s a LAW that anyone filing suit against the US Gov’t has to POST A BOND that would cover the COSTS if/when they eventually LOSE! How much would it cost to “turn the planes around”? How much to continue to hold those GANGS?
It’s way passed (not past as many think) the point where these “judges” need to be simply IGNORED with a STATEMENT that THE PRESIDENT is THE EXECUTIVE of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA! The PRESIDENT is entrusted with the SAFETY of Our Nation and the DEFENSE of Our Borders!
I blame the Supreme Court for not stepping in to put an END to this OBSTRUCTION!

All these “judges” are part of the left’s strategy to force PRESIDENT TRUMP to simply ignore them so they can squeal “PEACHMENT – PEACHMENT – he’s not obeying the COURTS”! One PRECEDENT that PRESIDENT TRUMP should reference – the BIDEN NO NO! Biden was told his theft of US TAXPAYERS’ money to “cancel student debts” was UNCONSTITUTIONAL – he did the paperwork anyway – what was the CONSEQUENCES???
But, I’ve advocated for the TRUMP Administration to issue letters to those who THOUGHT they were relieved of THEIR FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS to inform them that Joe’s actions were ILLEGAL and therefore their BALANCES were re-instated and they could start paying NEXT MONTH! Also, I’d include “We regret any inconvenience this might cause you, but President Biden acted Illegally so if you have any concerns feel free to contact your DEMOcrat Representatives”!!

1- Article II, Section 2, Clause 1: of the US Constitution states that the President (Trump) shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States. Section 502(f) of Title 32 of the U.S. Code authorizes the president to call up the national Guard in the event of a national emergency.
2- Article 3 of the US Constitution authorizes the judicial system to adjudicate the law, not enforce the law.
Someone explain to me how and by what means can the judicial branch forcibly impose its will upon the American people? If they can then the US is no longer a Constitutional republic.
The US Constitution might as well be torched and whatever follows be penciled in on a note pad or in chalk on a chalk board. That way ii can be erased and revised as necessary to meet the vagarious needs of the far left and the democrat party.
Let us not forget that all of these radical communist judges could not have been confirmed to their positions without the votes to confirm by many Republican senators. Be interesting to see which Republican senators voted to confirm this lunatic democrat communist judge.
