The Biden administration was one long executive power grab made much worse by the fact that we have yet to determine which group of figures was actually calling the shots while the titular chief executive was eating ice cream on a Delaware beach.
Now, a few weeks in, Dems are vocally protesting what they call ‘executive power grabs’ and decisions being made by a small group of unelected officials, which is exactly how they had been running things until a few weeks ago. The political theater of Dem House members protesting, storming into offices and filming themselves yelling about accountability to voters in TikTok videos is impossible to take seriously.
No, no one “elected Elon Musk”, but who the hell elected the far more massive federal bureaucracy which interprets legislation however it pleases?
The same Dems whining about unelected officials who aren’t accountable to voters were throwing themselves in front of a bus to protest against the Supreme Court overturning Chevron deference whose premise is that bureaucrats should be able to make laws.
We were told that getting rid of Chevron deference would undermine federal agencies. House Dems aren’t protesting in support of legislative authority, but in support of that same vast unaccountable bureaucracy and its vast endless powers.
That sound you hear emanating from Washington, D.C. is Democ-rat wailing and gnashing of teeth. Government of, by and for the people– MAGA– is exposing the tomb of the Deep State Dracula to the light of day. Indeed, a righteous wooden stake– DOGE– may soon dispatch screaming undead Democ-rats and their sniveling Republican hunchbacks to political Hades. In another context, it’s what Hamlet called “a consummation devoutly to be wished.”

One thing we have learned from all of this is that congress is completely useless, does absolutely nothing of any value, and the only purpose our elected representatives have is to enrich themselves at our expense, with a few dashes of making us suffer for no reason other than their own enjoyment.
Someone should tell the protesters on the unnamed government agency payroll that no one elected Obama for his third term and they, too, are about to get DOGE’d soon by Musk. The irony is delicious.

I want more & do not understand why House of Representatives are not starting the process of impeachment for many of their colleges for inciting violence at these protests or for being involved with the abuse of our tax dollars. I have reached out to my US Rep. Others should do the same & would love to see a petition that gets support for the measure. I believe that some of these people deserve jail time as well
