In today’s article, ‘Kamala’s Crime Wave’, I wrote about the vice president’s long record of supporting and promoting criminals going back to her time in state office.
In 2008, the Bologna family was murdered by an illegal alien MS-13 gang member.
San Francisco DA Kamala Harris refused to ask for the death penalty despite pleas from the widow because of, in her words, a “complicated analysis that involved many issues”. But the real issue was that Kamala protected criminals instead of victims.
“She never called,” her sister-in-law said. “There was no consideration for Renata, my niece, my parents, me, or the officers. It was as if she didn’t care.”
David Hill, Officer Espinoza’s murderer, however, thanked Kamala. “It took a lot of courage,” he told CNN. “I’m forever grateful.”
A year before the Bologna murders, Alexander Izaguirre was enrolled in ‘Back on Track’: a Kamala program to expunge felony convictions for criminals in exchange for attending some classes. Izaguirre, who had already mugged another woman, was picked for the program by Kamala. Even while he was enrolled in the program, the illegal alien thug mugged another woman, and then rammed her with a car, fracturing her skull.
Now the victim of the illegal alien mugger is speaking out.
In July 2008, when Amanda Kiefer was 29, she was walking with a group of friends in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco when 20-year-old Alexander Izaguirre stole her purse and jumped into a waiting SUV. The driver of the vehicle then attempted to run Kiefer down, leaving her with a fractured skull.
“If people who committed crimes were allowed to stay out of prison to train for jobs they couldn’t legally hold, I think most Americans would disapprove of that,” Kiefer told ABC News.
“As district attorney in San Francisco, Kamala put a drug-dealing illegal alien into a jobs program instead of into prison. Four months later, the illegal alien robbed a 29-year-old woman, mowed her down with an SUV, fracturing her skull and ruining her life,” Trump said at an August 2020 campaign stop in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. “We believe our country should be a sanctuary for law abiding Americans, not for criminal aliens.”
As for Kiefer, the violent assault she suffered was what she called her “red pill moment” — a reference to a pill in the movie “The Matrix” that grants users the ability to see harsh realities.
A self-professed liberal at the time, Kiefer says she now supports the policies of Trump. Government records show she has supported other conservative efforts in recent years, donating small-dollar amounts to Republican causes 17 times since 2020.
How many other Amanda Kiefers are there out there who are turning on a pro-crime party that puts criminals ahead of victims?
As I noted in my article, Kamala Harris advocated for policies that would effectively end public safety.
A plan put out by her campaign promised to “transform the criminal justice system” and “re-envision public safety” by ending “mass incarceration”, freeing potentially hundreds of thousands of criminals, legalizing drugs, ending mandatory minimum sentences, which would allow repeat offenders and violent criminals to get off with light sentences, and promote “alternatives” to prison which would put criminals right back on the street.
Kamala’s pro-crime proposals included eliminating bail which creates a revolving door for criminals and an endless crime wave. In New York, which eliminated bail, a pickpocket was arrested 70 times, a shoplifter was arrested 100 times, and 1 in 4 freed burglars were arrested again within 60 days. Violent criminals have also benefited from the pro-crime policies embraced by Kamala. One thug kicked a 39-year-old woman in the stomach, was freed with no bail, arrested again for selling crack, then arrested for threatening city workers with a knife, and arrested again for arson. One sexual predator who groped women was arrested over 70 times.
Kamala favored even the most vicious killers, calling for an end to the death penalty and no life sentences for murderers under 18. Her plan admitted that there was no way to end “mass incarceration” without giving a pass to “individuals convicted of violent offenses”. Kamala argued that “imposing excessively long sentences” on violent criminals doesn’t work and proposed a commission that would embrace “alternatives” to safely locking them up.
With no bail, no mandatory minimums, and police defunding, America would become a war zone.
We need to send Kamala et al. to a well-deserved place in the dustbin of history.
Unfortunately for us, it must effect liberals personally before their minds are finally succeptable to change. The good news for conservatives, (thanks to four years of Biden/Harris) only rich elites remain unaffected by their wholesale destruction of America.
After the FBI finally was forced to admit Trump was hit by a bullet, a “man on the street” video surfaced from a liberal northeast bastion. When asked what they thought about the assassination attempt, I was taken aback by the huge number of participants who thought it was “obviously staged” while sporting clothing I would be forced to take out a loan to purchase.
Most looked like reasonable people (no pink hair) but obviously were not. TDS is a powerful thing. When asked about the man who died and the two that were injured in the shooting, answers varied from, “How do we know that’s true?” to “Trump doesn’t care who he hurts.”
Proving that both adages; “Liberalism is a mental disorder” AND “You can’t fix stupid” are still viable in 2024.
🇺🇲 TRUMP ’24 🇺🇲
Why did people with low IQs, and no morals become untouchable in the law. Was it only the idea of the negro vote in the south.?
The “Border Czar” strikes again!
Some of the people in rehabilitation programs are just gaming the system. A lot of behavior is “hard-wired” into the brain so isn’t so easy to change.
criminal minds are criminal minds and you ain’t gonna fix it with classes but with incarceration – they are unfixable – and if these criminals attack losers like Cackling Kamalala and other demoncraps with this bs mindset not that they believe it, it is part of the coup d’etat we are in to destroy USA – so if these people that get voted into office were attacked by criminals or their family, they might feel conflicted now that reality smacked them down!!
We don’t need anymore of this liberal Catch and Release idiots Freeing Rapists and Child Molesters who should be kept in prison until the day they die
Rude awakenings coming to many who never realized how important border security is to their own lives! Take a dose of reality for a change, it could be the difference between life and death.
Long ago I worked in a juvenile hall in CA. I was in the 13-15 year old section — said to be the very worst because the kids were old enough and strong enough to be dangerous, but young enough that they could not be transferred to the Adult Authority, where they would be targeted by really bad adults.
I have a jaundiced view of juvenile incarceration. Prisoners are supposedly there to accomplish one of four possible results:
1: they should learn how to “go straight”, i.e. live a law-abiding, productive life (Juvy is a great place to learn better law-breaking techniques, not how to be a good citizen);
2: they should learn that they’re going to lose their freedom and be locked up if they break the law (but they had many friends who were never locked up);
3: they should learn skills so they know how to live a good, productive life (see number 1);
4; they should be removed from society so they cannot harm others. This is probably the best description of what incarceration accomplishes, except when a prosecutor intervenes for some reason that likely addresses a personal agenda, not a law-enforcement one.
So out of four possible beneficial results of incarceration three are unlikely to work and one is susceptible to being foiled by an official with malign intent — either regarding society in general or some special interest (like redressing racial grievance).
So you see why I’m skeptical of locking up bad guys.
OTOH, some people should not be out in the general population. These people should be locked up. But we can only do that if the law is applied evenly, which is to say a local prosecutor cannot intervene because of some personal belief. And sentencing should be straightforward, without different sentences being doled out for the same crime. And ultimately we should accept that we aren’t going to make good people out of most prisoners. One or two, perhaps, but they’re the rare exceptions.
MSM often refers to 13-15 year old male criminals as “boys”, but at that age they are at their most dangerous, flooded with aggressive hormones, like male elephants in Musth. Same goes for teenage male criminals in general.
It’s sad that it took being robbed and rammed with an SUV, to red-pill the lady.
