A Quinnipiac survey taken February 13-17 reveals that nearly all Republicans agree with President Donald Trump’s executive order affirming the biological truth that there are only two sexes. Most Democrats, unsurprisingly, do not.
The survey among 1,039 self-identified, registered voters posed questions about a range of current political issues from the economy to Gaza, including “Gender and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” – specifically, “Do you support or oppose President Trump’s executive order recognizing only two sexes, male and female, in the United States?”
Over half – 57 percent – of all respondents support the order, while well over a third – 38 percent – oppose it. These are unsettling figures, considering that for all of human history until recent years in the decadent West, the percentage of those who accepted this scientific reality versus those in denial would have been 100-0. The fact that today, only a little more than one half believe there are just two sexes, is testament to the success of decades of anti-family, cultural Marxist indoctrination among the population at large.
Breaking the opinions down by party lines, however, shows that this denial of reality is heavily one-sided. More than three-quarters of Democrats — 77 percent – oppose the executive order. A mere 14 percent of Democrats support it.
By contrast, nearly all Republicans – 96 percent – are in agreement with Trump’s order. A miniscule four percent of Republicans are holdouts. The responses of independents mirror the overall results, with 59 percent supporting the order and 35 percent opposing.
Trump signed the order – titled “DEFENDING WOMEN FROM GENDER IDEOLOGY EXTREMISM AND RESTORING BIOLOGICAL TRUTH TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT” – on his very first day in office, signaling loud and clear that the new administration was rejecting the ideological madness promoted heavily during the Biden era.
The language of the order is appropriately blunt and unambiguous in terms of condemning gender ideology and its devastating impact on women and girls, and asserting science-based definitions of such basic terminology as “male” and “female.” It begins,
Across the country, ideologues who deny the biological reality of sex have increasingly used legal and other socially coercive means to permit men to self-identify as women and gain access to intimate single-sex spaces and activities designed for women, from women’s domestic abuse shelters to women’s workplace showers. This is wrong. Efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being. The erasure of sex in language and policy has a corrosive impact not just on women but on the validity of the entire American system. Basing Federal policy on truth is critical to scientific inquiry, public safety, morale, and trust in government itself.
The order goes on to make the important declaration that this corrosive impact of gender ideology is intentional:
This unhealthy road is paved by an ongoing and purposeful attack against the ordinary and longstanding use and understanding of biological and scientific terms, replacing the immutable biological reality of sex with an internal, fluid, and subjective sense of self unmoored from biological facts. Invalidating the true and biological category of “woman” improperly transforms laws and policies designed to protect sex-based opportunities into laws and policies that undermine them, replacing longstanding, cherished legal rights and values with an identity-based, inchoate social concept.
“Accordingly,” Trump’s order continues, “my Administration will defend women’s rights and protect freedom of conscience by using clear and accurate language and policies that recognize women are biologically female, and men are biologically male.” Bravo, although again, it’s disturbing that we in the West generally speaking and in America specifically have reached such a low point that it is even necessary to assert that male and female “are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality.”
The order goes on to slam gender ideology for “replac[ing] the biological category of sex with an ever-shifting concept of self-assessed gender identity, permitting the false claim that males can identify as and thus become women and vice versa, and requiring all institutions of society to regard this false claim as true.” No more.
Among the concrete steps mandated by the order are: the removal, from government agencies, of all internal and external statements, policies, and forms that promote gender ideology; forbidding the use of federal funds to promote gender ideology; and assuring that males are not detained in women’s prisons or housed in women’s detention centers.
The gender ideologues are not going to accept this lying down, of course. They will cling to their worldview, as ideologues do, regardless of the truth. To cite just one current example, Wisconsin’s Democrat governor Tony Evers introduced a budget recommendation that, among other changes in gendered language, replaces the word “mother” with the offensively dehumanizing term “inseminated person” in state law. Wisconsin radio host Dan O’Donnell tweeted that Evers’ wording is “beyond parody.” Sara Craig, executive director of the Republican Governors Association (RGA), declared, “If Tony Evers can reduce motherhood to an ‘inseminated person’ then our society is lost.”
Indeed, and losing society – or rather, fundamentally transforming it – is the aim of gender ideology. I have written and spoken often that gender ideology, as the logical next stage of feminism, has superseded feminism as the tip of the spear of the relentless cultural Marxist assault on Western values and institutions. The end game, of course, has always been the Marxist dream of the abolition of the nuclear family as the basic building block of Western civilization. Reversing this subversive tide is the most essential step toward restoring sanity and truth to our benighted postmodern era.
President Trump’s order is a vital, concrete step in the right direction, but based on the results of the Quinnipiac poll, we still have a great deal of work ahead of us deprogramming the science deniers.

Any on-line dictionary that changes its definition of “woman” to include “a transgender man who identifies as a woman” should also change its definition of “cat” to include “a transspecies person who identifies as a cat.”

The opposition by left-wing Dirtbagocrats to President Trump’s executive Order which affirms the biological truth that there are only two sexes isn’t all based on the delusional belief that there are multiple sexes. Most D-bags know only two sexes exist. They’re just liars, like Ketanji Brown Jackson. And the term “gender” is meaningless. It’s just a word used to avoid admitting there are only two sexes because “gender” can mean anything. Lefties love to promote sexual perversion and abnormality. That’s why they try to shove pedophiles, trannies and the rest of the alphabet people down the throats of normal people. They even have an ever increasing list of made up terms for left-wing weirdos.
The deranged opinions and agendas are lefties are distressing but so are their lies.
I had no idea Democrats are that crazy. Dumb, yes, but totally off their mental rockers is a bit of a surprise.
I actually knew a transgender person, daughter of a beautiful friend of mine.. Daughter was always boyish, a Harley riding lesbian all her life until her mother died. After that, at the age of thirty she became a “man”. At least she didn’t traumatize her mother who had enough trauma growing up in Nazi Germany.,
I rather liked the daughter when she was young. Smart girl. And kind. We no longer live in the same city, so I have no idea how I’d feel about her if I met her as a “man”. I can only imagine the sadness a parent with a trans child would feel.
Tony Evers replaces the word :mother” with “inseminated PERSON.” I thimk it should be “inseminated MAMMAL.” I identify as a CAT!
Why stop at mammals? We should not discriminate against fish, birds, reptiles, insects…rocks, plants….

People who oppose Trump’s executive order support atrocities like Jazz Jennings who was converted into a sexless, permanently anorgasmic eunuch before he was old enough to vote, sign legally binding contracts, consent to sex legally or get his mermaid tattoo without parental consent. The biggest mistake that people opposed to this mayhem make is to assert it “sexualizes” children. It turns them into sexless freaks who are permanently dependent on medical charlatans for hormones synthesized from pregnant mare urine and lucrative ancillary surgeries. The quacks laugh all the way to the bank.
Transgender is an ideological term, these people do not experience transformative metamorphosis. They are GAPs (gender appropriating people.) Hormonal repression/substitution/surgical services are PURCHASED to create a facsimile of another gender.
They adopted the term because the older term “transsexual” was easily challenged medically- chopping off a man’s (or a boy’s) penis and creating an open wound where his genitalia used to be is not changing sex, especially since the “new woman” has limited sexual function, is permanently depended on artificial hormones and has to dilate the pseudo-vagina with a dildo to keep it from closing. She [sic] also requires an array of ancillary procedures- breast implants, a tracheal shave to hide the Adam’s Apple, electrolysis, et cetera. The term “gender affirmation surgery” is especially duplicitous since penises and vaginas are sex organs, not “gender organs”. People suffering from gender dysphoria are not helped by being sexually mutilated in a patently superficial way.
