President Trump is trying to rid the country of the violent South American gang members who entered the country when Old Joe Biden’s handlers opened the southern border, and what sane person would be against such a project? It is thus understandable that Trump is annoyed with the far-left judge, U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg, who tried to block deportation flights to El Salvador, and on Tuesday morning, the president took to Truth Social to tell uswhat he really thinks:
This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING! I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY. I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do. This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!
The boasting about his mandate may distract from the valid point Trump was making: he was indeed elected in part because of widespread disgust with the Democrat policies that led to millions of illegal migrants, including an unknowable number of criminals and terrorists, entering the country, evidently in order to secure a Democrat electoral majority for generations to come. Patriots are fed up with leftist activist judges arrogating to themselves the power of the president and overruling the actual president, enacting public policy from the bench.
Boasberg, however, does have his supporters, and they aren’t all green-haired, bone-through-the-nose, socialist, internationalist, open-border lunatics. Journalist Michael Shellenberger, author of the superb and essential books “Apocalypse Never: Why Environmental Alarmism Hurts Us All” and “San Fransicko: Why Progressives Ruin Cities,” declared that what the Trump administration did when it flew the criminal migrants out of the country just ahead of Boasberg’s order not to do so was “unconstitutional.”
Shellenberger explained: “It’s up to the courts not the Administration to determine whether it is non-justiciable. The administration must comply with the order until a higher court reverses it or sets it aside. That’s how our system works.” He added a warning: “If the Trump administration continues with these obviously unconstitutional actions, then it will lose the legitimacy, public support, and power it needs to pursue free speech diplomacy, which would be a very disappointing outcome.”
One X user, however, asked Shellenberger a pointed question: “Huge fan. So — do you believe district court judges have unquestionable authority to issue any order they want until it gets overturned by a higher authority? trying to understand.”
That was the problem. Shellenberger and others are concerned that Trump is trampling upon the powers of the judiciary. The idea of judicial review, that the judiciary has the right and responsibility to review the decisions of the executive and legislative branches and rule on the constitutionality, is actually not in the Constitution but dates back to the 1803 Supreme Court decision Marbury v. Madison. That decision, however, simply did not envision rogue judges of the Boasberg type, nullifying perfectly lawful actions of the chief executive based on his political opposition to them.
This is an issue that is going to have to be hashed out sooner or later. The American system, after all, was constructed as a system of checks and balances — that is, checks on the power of each branch of government from other branches of the government, so that a tyranny cannot develop. Yet what we have in the form of Judge James E. Boasberg and other far-left judicial ideologues like him is an incipient judicial tyranny that has no checks on its power.
Should a district judge really be allowed to overrule the president of the United States when the president is working within the law to remove illegal migrants from the country, simply because he wants the migrants here in order to serve the interests of his political party? The Supreme Court ruled in 1948’s Ludecke v. Watkins that “the very nature of the President’s power to order the removal of all enemy aliens rejects the notion that courts may pass judgment upon the exercise of his discretion.” Boasberg’s ruling is not the way the American system ought to work. Impeaching Boasberg and removing him from office would be a tough battle, as a two-thirds majority would be needed in the Senate. Still, that would be a good forum to settle these issues once and for all, or at least to work toward a settlement, before these petty judicial dictators lead to the demise of the republic itself.
When some Judge abuses their Power and starts overruling the Voters they should be removed from the Bench and retired for Life

If this is proven that Roberts has no OUT other than to RESIGN in DISGRACE and take the OTHERS with him! HOW can any of them prove they were NOT CONSPIRING?? “judges” CAN be arrested and charged with crimes and forming a “secret group” of “judges” who consistently obstruct a PRESIDENT of the USA should certainly be considered a CRIME!

I’m sure that the framers of the US Constitution would be appalled that a politically appointed district court judge could overrule the Chief Executive of the United States. Just where did an unelected district court judge get to have the power to the nullify an order by the President, who by definition won a national election?
I don’t believe that this power is in the Constitution and highlights the necessity of real judicial reform. It could be a wholly different matter if it was the Supreme Court which blocked a Presidential order. This is the kind of judicial reform that is needed. Additionally, Presidential cases should be expedited within a very short span of time or the Presidential order should be permitted to stand.
Bondi should give Boasberg the January 6th treatment. Jail him and then take her time in bringing charges.
Four years without due process sounds like a good start to me. And have him tortured the way the J-6 political prisoners were.
Then pass a fair sentence in front of his peers of criminal judges have him executed for treason, of course. One down and lots more to go.
The Alien Enemies Act specifically STATES that it is NOT JUDICIABLE! The ACT gives the PRESIDENT the ULTIMATE POWER to REMOVE “INVADERS” – especially those of the GANG variety!
The R’s need to be working on expanding their SENATE members to 68! If we could ever get to that number we could make some serious changes that might NEVER be challenged again! That’s an impossibility that’s just as impossible as having DEMOcrat Senators voting to remove a Judge Impeached by a Republican House!
The SUPREME COURT – the RADICAL LEFTIST SIDE – is allowing this to happen. They could accept the Boasberg Bungler case and resolve this ONCE and FOR ALL!
If the “judges” have to finance their OWN defense in an Impeachment I’d definitely be in favor of them backing their own decisions and being sidelined from interfering in any future issues!
Yes and the Venezuelan government specifically instructed those gang members to commit crimes in America, which is a legal definition of terrorism. Besides, the President has the authority to deport ALL illegal aliens at will, even without the additional authority of the Alien Enemies Act.
Judge Barfberg has given aid and comfort to America’s enemies and should be prosecuted as the traitor he is. He also violated multiple laws by trying to contravene legal presidential authority and laws regarding illegal aliens.

The Constitution gives the Supreme Court original jurisdiction over matters affecting “public ministers”, which presumably include the president:
Article III, Section 2, Clause 2:
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
Over time, the Supreme Court delegated its original jurisdiction to inferior courts.
Congress should pass legislation reinforcing the provisions of the constitution. That will, of course, result in litigation- The Supreme Court over time has adopted the attitude the legislature can’t tell it what to do.
But legislation telling the Supreme Court to follow the plain language of the constitution should put it in an awkward spot.
The President is not a “public minister,” and HIS powers are clearly delineated in the Constitution. Those powers cannot be contravened by lower judges. Not even the Supreme Court can question, challenge or contravene the President’s constitutional powers and authority..
Besides, the laws germane to presidential authority and illegal aliens are clear and those D-Bag operatives posing as judges clearly violated them. The Supreme Court has the legal obligation and duty to overrule the illegal manifestos shat out by those seditionist D-Bag judges, who are CRIMINALS. AG Bondi needs to Have Director Patel’s FBI arrest them so they can be charged, arraigned and prosecuted for their multiple crimes.
There is a vast culture of poisonous leftism deeply embedded in our country and culture. It includes a large portion of the judiciary, including one third of the Supreme Court. These judges know they are not there to judge impartially; they are there to vote for the leftists agenda.
That this judicial virus is being allowed to continue to rage across the country is the responsibility of one … and only one … man: Chief Justice John Roberts. His tepid, flaccid, decisions and pitiful moralizations have increased controversy for the judicial system, and have caused serious questions as to its legitimacy. He recently had the chance to nip this judicial reign of terror in the bud … and chose not to. Had he done his constitutional duty there would be no talk of impeachments. The country desperately needed a firm hand at the helm of the Supreme Court and he failed.
It would be better for everyone if he would just retire. The sooner the better.
If he fails in that … the country will reap the whirlwind.
Roberts is obviously aligned with the D-Bag operatives posing as judges in their illegal opposition to the constitutional authority of the President. His public statements are proof of that.

In this case it says “ Voters chose Trump and closed border and deportation of illegal criminals, but we say “no” because we rule, not the president.” Perhaps they will rule the border must be opened again. Or any other wild leftist decision.

3. The Court employs police powers to implement the decision by force.

With the recent IMPROVEMENTS in Our Military, I highly doubt a Civil War would last long. I also don’t believe that a Police action would get CLOSE to PRESIDENT TRUMP – even the DC Police!

I attended a local seminar once on Constitutional issues in government. At the check-in desk, I watched an attorney (female) who teaches what the Constitution actually says discuss Marbury v. Madison with another attorney (male) who frequently used the Constitution in his talks. It was QUITE the discussion. Her argument AGAINST M v. M was SO SOUND that the male attorney REFUSED to sit in on her seminar though she politely sat in on his. Her argument pointed out that in M V M, the Supreme Court decided that IT had overview that the Constitution did NOT allow so in effect the CREATED was deciding what the CREATOR said. Makes sense to me. Unfortunately, way to many so-called Constitutional experts agree with the male attorney. I wonder what this country would be like if her argument had won the day back in 1803 and we had to refer to the DOCUMENT rather than SCOTUS all these years.
Congress will not solve this problem unless its present composition is dramatically changed. Trump will continue to do what he is apparently now doing, which is to pretend to follow rulings that will obviously be overturned by SCOTUS, or even an appellate court, while obeying any rulings that will probably not be overturned. He will have to make a carefully calculated decision if the appeals outcome is uncertain.
That isn’t the situation and I predict that President Trump will eventually go Andy Jackson and start ignoring illegal court orders.
