The Left routinely violates rights that are actually listed in the Constitution while inventing rights that do not exist at all.
The Constitution bans government interference with speech for Americans, and that right was repeatedly violated by the Biden administration, along with states like California, which told social media companies to censor certain views and even jokes, but it does not protect the speech of foreign nationals. Let alone support for terrorism and acts of violence that are not even protected conduct for Americans.
Not satisfied with having invented a First Amendment right for foreign nationals here on visas, leftists are treating student visas as some sort of legal entitlement rather than tentative permission for foreigners to be in America that can be withdrawn at any time.
Period.
The government is not obligated to explain its reasons for withdrawing student visas in a court of law. There is no ‘due process’ right for a foreign national to be here. If the appropriate arms of the government decide to ban all foreign nationals who wear green sweaters, they can do that. Unless those foreign nationals are applying for political asylum, the only due process is the one they’re getting, a notice that their visas have been withdrawn and that they need to leave. Now.
I know that with an open border these things are confusing, but foreigners are here on forbearance because they have some legitimate business here. If they don’t, then they’re gone. That’s not just the way things work in America, but in every single country in the world including as yet undiscovered pacific islands.
The government is not obligated to explain its reasons for withdrawing student visas in a court of law.
This should be engraved right after “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses …” on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty.
Why should they even be allowed to stay in America when they try to stir uo Violence they should all be returned
I feel sorry for those young foreigners who don’t take American law seriously. I didn’t think much about law until I was in my 30s. Now I think it is a very serious subject.
Yes, if you’re subjected to it, it isn’t a joke. I fought the law but the law won.
