Chinese Maoists hire American Maoists.
Earlier this week, I noted that TikTok had hired the “hub of the resistance”.
Whenever SKDK sends out a press release, it makes sure to mention that Politico had once called it “the loyal opposition where powerful Democrats plot the anti-Trump agenda” and that the Holmes Report had described the firm “the hub of the resistance.”
SKDK’s managing director, Anita Dunn, is Biden’s senior advisor and unofficial campaign manager who took control and steered him through the Democrat primaries.Dunn, an Obama vet, is now in charge of crafting the response to Biden’s classified documents scandal.
Another arm of the TikTok defense team appears to be Gen Z for Change.
In 2020, Aidan Kohn-Murphy used TikTok to rally support for Joe Biden. Now, he’s trying to use the platform to stop Biden from killing it.
“I’m not defending TikTok as a company, I’m defending my entire generation,” said the 19-year-old Harvard freshman who, as a high-schooler during the 2020 campaign founded a group called TikTok for Biden. It has since changed its name to Gen Z for Change and formally incorporated as a political nonprofit and, according to Kohn-Murphy, it now includes 500 creators with a combined 500 million followers on multiple platforms.
Beyond Rep. Bowman and Rep. Pocan and a few other House members, there’s a surprising third wing.
“Right now TikTok can be a valuable weapon, especially since Republicans have run away from it for political reasons,” said Bradley Beychok, co-founder of American Bridge 21st Century, an independent political committee that backs Democratic candidates. “You wouldn’t want a tool like that to be taken off the shelf.”
American Bridge hasn’t been publicly vocal about it in the same way, but high-profile public quotes in the media certainly aren’t random either.
I’m still playing connect the dots but what’s clear is that TikTok has focused on heavily buying influence in the leftist space.
Biden has been taking his marching orders from the Left which is currently the most powerful ideology in American life.
And apparently, it’s very much for sale.
